Kombinacija salate, piletine, croutonsa, parmezana i umaka jedna je od najomiljenijih kombinacija na svijetu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ova salata za svoju popularnost mo\u017ee zahvaliti i lancima fast food restorana koji su je uvrstili u svoju ponudu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cezar salata bilje\u017ei dugu povijest, te je nastala pod palicom chefa Caesara Cardinija. I dalje se poslu\u017euje u svojoj originalnoj verziji u Caesar\u2019s restoranu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Za razliku od mnogih modernijih verzija, original ima neke razlike. Recimo, umjesto in\u0107una u umaku se nalazi Worcester umak, a i salata se ne bi trebala kidati na komadi\u0107e ve\u0107 poslu\u017eiti s cijelim listovima.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>No, kako god da je pripremili, ova salata je pravo osvje\u017eenje na stolu. Mi je toliko volimo da je ja pripremam zaista \u010desto.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ovo je recept za moju omiljenu Cezar salatu. Pripremite lim za pe\u010denje na koji postavite papir za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Kruh nare\u017eite na fete, a potom na kockice (2 x 2 cm). Kockice prebacite na lim pa ih lagano nauljite maslinovim uljem te posolite i popaprite.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite 7-10 minuta, odnosno dok vam kockice ne porumene.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SALATA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Salatu operite i ocijedite. Iskidajte je na manje komadi\u0107e i stavite je u posudu za poslu\u017eivanje.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>UMAK (DRESSING)<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U posudu stavite \u017eumanjke, senf i jabu\u010dni ocat. \u0160tapnim mikserom ili pjenja\u010dom sve dobro izradite. Dodajite maslinovo ulje u tankom mlazu uz stalni rad \u0161tapnog miksera ili pjenja\u010de dok ne dobijete kompaktnu emulziju.<\/li>\n<li>\u010ce\u0161njak i in\u0107une usitnite na dasci pa ih pomo\u0107u no\u017ea zgnje\u010dite dok ne dobijete grubu pastu. Ovo mo\u017eete napraviti i u sjeckalici.<\/li>\n<li>Pastu dodajte smjesi sa \u017eumanjcima pa sve dobro promije\u0161ajte. Sada dodajte sol, papar, limunov sok (koli\u010dinu prilagodite \u017eelji) i naribani parmezan. Promije\u0161ajte.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>PILE\u0106A PRSA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Prsa stanjite tako da ih prepre\u017eete po sredini skoro do kraja.Potom ih otvorite kao knjigu i prekrijte prozirnom folijom. Lagano ih istucite batom za meso. Obje stane prsa posolite i popapite.<\/li>\n<li>Na srednje jakoj vatri ugrijte tavu s malo ulja. Pr\u017eite prsa oko 3 minute sa svake strane.Pe\u010dena prsa odlo\u017eite na dasku nekoliko minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Nakon \u0161ta su odle\u017eala, prsa iskidajte na trakice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>PARMEZAN<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Parmezan izre\u017eite na tanke fete.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SLAGANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U posudu za poslu\u017eivanje prvo postavite salatu, dodajte joj pola koli\u010dine croutonsa i pola dressinga. Promije\u0161ajte. Sada dodajte preostale croutonse i parmezan iskidan na tanke fete.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Na vrh salate postavite trakice od piletine i sve preljite s preostalim dressingom.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Ako ne \u017eelite koristiti svje\u017ee \u017eumanjke, tada vam savjetujem da umjesto njih u umak stavite dvije \u017elice majoneze.<\/li>\n<li>Croutonse mo\u017eete raditi od bilo koje vrste kruha ili tosta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sigurno ste \u010duli za Cezar salatu.
