Samo ime joj govori da je to torta od jagoda, iako jagode ne dominiraju okusom te se nalaze samo kao ukras na rubu torte.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ova torta je ra\u0111ena od mojih omiljenih komponenti. Sponge (spu\u017eva) biskvit, mekan, pjenast i prozra\u010dan biskvit idealan za doslovno sve i mousseline kreme (slasti\u010darska krema s dodatkom maslaca).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jagode poslo\u017eene uz rub su ovu tortu toliko profinile i u\u010dinile jo\u0161 po\u017eeljnijom nego \u0161to je.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vrh torte je prekriven tankim slojem marcipana i vjerujte mi, savr\u0161eno je zaokru\u017eio cijelu notu okusa. Jedno vrijeme sam tortu prekrivala sa \u017eeleom od jagoda, ali ovakva kombinacija s marcipanom je ipak pobijedila.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Marcipan mo\u017eete raditi sami (klikni <span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\"><a style=\"color: #ffcc00;\" href=\"http:\/\/bakeme.com.hr\/domaci-marcipan\/\">ovdje<\/a><\/span> za recept), ili koristiti bilo koji kupovni. Maknite s vatre i ostavite po strani 10-ak minuta.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi \u017eumanjke, \u0161e\u0107er i gustin pjenja\u010dom sjedinite. Dodajte mlijeko u tankom mlazu kako bi se \u017eumanjci temperirali. Cijelo vrijeme mije\u0161ajte \u0161patulom.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu prebacite u lonac i na laganoj vatri kuhajte uz stalno mije\u0161anje \u0161patulom.<\/li>\n<li>\u010cim primijetite da se krema krenula stiskati odmah je maknite s vatre i nastavite mije\u0161ati \u0161patulom jo\u0161 malo.<\/li>\n<li>Sada umije\u0161ajte maslac iskidan na komadi\u0107e pa kremu prebacite u \u010distu posudu i prekrijte prozirnom folijom kako bi sprije\u010dili stvaranje korice na povr\u0161ini.<\/li>\n<li>Kremu ostavite po strani da se ohladi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>BISKVIT<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pripremite dva okrugla kalupa promjera 22 cm. Dno oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje, a rubove namastite. Pe\u0107nicu upalite na 160 stupnjeva.<\/li>\n<li>Maslac rastopite i ostavite po strani da se ohladi.<\/li>\n<li>Jaja i \u0161e\u0107er pjenasto izradite. Neka vam se smjesa udupla i postane svjetla. Dodajte naribanu koricu od limuna i maslac u tankom mlazu miksaju\u0107i na laganoj brzini.<\/li>\n<li>Na kraju \u0161patulom umije\u0161ajte prosijano bra\u0161no.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu podijelite na dva jednaka dijela i pecite 20 &#8211; 25 minuta, odnosno dok vam \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Biskvite ostavite u kalupu 10- minuta pa ih potom izvadite na re\u0161etku za hla\u0111enje dok se potpuno ne ohlade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SIRUP<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U lonac s debljim dnom stavite \u0161e\u0107er, vodu i limunov sok. Sirup kuhajte dok se \u0161e\u0107er ne otopi. Maknite po strani i ostavite da se sirup ohladi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SLAGANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Na pladanj postavite biskvit. Namo\u010dite ga sirupom. Ja se koristim kistom kako bi ga namo\u010dila. Oko biskvita postavite acetatnu foliju ili obru\u010d za tortu (pomi\u010dni).<\/li>\n<li>Jagode izre\u017eite na fete jednake debljine i veli\u010dine. Poslo\u017eite ih uz rub folije ili obru\u010da.<\/li>\n<li>Kremu stavite u slasti\u010darsku (dresir) vre\u0107icu s okruglim nastavkom (mo\u017eete dresir vre\u0107ici odrezati dno na debljinu od 2 cm). Pomo\u0107u vre\u0107ice istisnite kremu do vrha jagoda.<\/li>\n<li>Postavite drugi biskvit te ga namo\u010dite sirupom.<\/li>\n<li>Marcipan tanko razvaljajte ( mo\u017eete i deblje ako volite, moj je na 3 mm) pa ga izre\u017eite na veli\u010dinu torte.<\/li>\n<li>Razvaljani marcipan postavite na vrh torte odmah nakon \u0161to ste namo\u010dili gornji biskvit kako bi vam se marcipan zalijepio za tortu.<\/li>\n<li>Tortu ohladite 3 sata ili preko no\u0107i u hladnjaku.
