Pripremim ga unaprijed i spremim u staklenu posudu. Kuhajte je koliko pi\u0161e na uputstvima na pakiranju.<\/li>\n<li>\u0160paroge operite pa im odstranite donji tvrdi dio stabljike. U zasebnom loncu ih blan\u0161irajte. Dovoljno je nekoliko minuta kako bi omek\u0161ale. Blan\u0161irane \u0161paroge ocijedite te pro\u0111ite hladnom vodom kako bi zaustavili proces kuhanja.<\/li>\n<li>Pinjole kratko tostirajte na tavi. Rikulu operite i ocijedite.<\/li>\n<li>U blender ili sjeckalicu stavite \u0161paroge, rikulu, tostirane pinjole, naribani sir te za\u010dine (sol i papar). Upalite blender te postepeno dolijevajte maslinovo ulje. Po potrebi mo\u017eete dodati jo\u0161 maslinovog ulja. Pesto je gotov kada ste dobili kompaktnu i povezanu smjesu.<\/li>\n<li>\u0160pagete ocijedite i ostavite malo vode od kuhanja po strani. \u0160pagetima dodajte pesto i dobro promije\u0161ajte. Po potrebi mo\u017eete dodati malo vode od \u0161pageta.<\/li>\n<li>\u0160pagete s pestom prebacite u posudu za poslu\u017eivanje.<\/li>\n<li>Poslu\u017eite uz ribani tvrdi sir ili po \u017eelji.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\u0160paroge imaju to\u010dku pucanja izme\u0111u tvrdog i mekanog dijela stabljike. \u0160parogu primite rukama i nakrivite, ona \u0107e sama puknuti na predvi\u0111enom mjestu.<\/li>\n<li>Ako koristite divlje \u0161paroge tada ih kuhajte u vodi malo du\u017ee od onih iz uzgoja.<\/li>\n<li>Pinjole mo\u017eete zamijeniti bademima.
