Mo\u017eete ga raditi u svjietloj varijanti ili ovoj \u010dokoladnoj.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Genoise (\u0111enove\u0161ki) biskvit se sastoji samo tri sastojka &#8211; jaja, \u0161e\u0107era i bra\u0161na. Ako radite tamniju varijantu onda i od kakaa u prahu. Da bi vam biskvit bio mekan i pjenast bitno je da slijedite nekoliko koraka. Poprili\u010dno je jednostavno.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jaja vam trebaju biti sobne temperature pa ih izvadite nekoliko sati prije pripreme iz hladnjaka. Bitno je da jaja sa \u0161e\u0107erom pjenasto izradite. Odvojite 10 minuta za ovaj korak. I na kraju umije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no i kakao. Neka vam budu prosijani. I to je to!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ovaj biskvit je toliko lijep i nje\u017ean da vam za njega ne treba ni\u0161ta vi\u0161e osim malo kreme. Chantilly (krema od tu\u010denog vrhnja za \u0161lag i \u0161e\u0107era) je moj idealan izbor za ovaj biskvit. Pripremite kalup za pe\u010denje pribli\u017enih dimenzija 23 x 33 cm. Kalup oblo\u017eite pairom za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>U posudi od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili obi\u010dnoj posudi stavite jaja, \u017eumanjke i \u0161e\u0107er. Najve\u0107om brzinom na mikseru pjenasto izradite jaja i \u0161e\u0107er. Smjesa vam se treba uduplati i posvijetliti.<\/li>\n<li>U smjesu dodajte prosijano bra\u010dno i kakao u prahu. Sve dobro pove\u017eite \u0161patulom.<\/li>\n<li>Biskvit izlijte u pripremljen kalup i pecite 20-ak minuta, odnosno dok \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>CHANTILLY KREMA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Vrhnje za \u0161lag, \u0161e\u0107er i aromu vanilije mikserom izradite tako da vam krema bude kompaktna i \u010dvrsta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SLAGANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ohla\u0111eni biskvit prema\u017eite chantilly kremom i pospite mrvicama.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Jaja vam trebaju biti sobne temperature kod izrade biskvita.
