Idealan je za doru\u010dak, brunch ili kasnu ve\u010deru. Mo\u017eete ga servirati kao prilog ili glavno jelo, a varijanti je bezbroj.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ako volite \u0161paroge, ovaj quiche \u0107ete obo\u017eavati. Prhko tijesto s kremastim nadjevom od gljiva i \u0161paroga jednostavno morate probati.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ja sam koristila tri vrste gljiva i divlje \u0161paroge. Divlje \u0161paroge lako mo\u017eete zamijeniti onim iz uzgoja te koristiti gljive po \u017eelji. Dodajte hladan maslac iskidan na komadi\u0107e pa ga vrhovima prstiju utrljajte sve dok ne dobijete tijesto nalik pijesku.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte razmu\u0107eno jaje i hladnu vodu pa zamijesite prhko tijesto.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto omotajte prozirnom folijom pa ga stavite u hladnjak na pola sata kako bi se stislo.<\/li>\n<li>Nakon pola sata tijesto razvaljate na lagano pobra\u0161njenoj radnoj podlozi. Razvaljate ga na 3- 5 milimetara.<\/li>\n<li>Razvaljano tijesto prebacite u okruglu posudu za quiche promjera 25 cm. Rubove tijesta utisnite u kalup i po potrebi no\u017eem odstranite vi\u0161ak.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>NADJEV<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu upalite na 180 stupnjeva.<\/li>\n<li>Luk sitno iskidajte pa ga na malo ulja dinstajte na laganoj vatri. Dodajte gljive iskidane na fete i \u0161paroge kojima ste prethodno odstranili dno. Ako koristite divlje \u0161paroge prethodno ih blan\u0161irajte u kipu\u0107oj vodi. Dovoljno ih je blan\u0161irati 1 minutu.<\/li>\n<li>Neka vam se sve skupa dinsta 7- 10 minuta na laganoj vatri. Posolite i popaprite. Dodajte mljeveni \u010de\u0161njak po \u017eelji.<\/li>\n<li>Za to vrijeme pomije\u0161ajte jaja, vrhnje za kuhanje i naribani sir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SLAGANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U pripremljen kalup za quiche na kojem se nalazi tijesto poslo\u017eite polovicu smjese gljiva i \u0161paroga.<\/li>\n<li>Sada dodajte svu koli\u010dinu vrhnja, jaja i sira. Sve prekrijte preostalim gljivama i \u0161parogama.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite 40 &#8211; 45 minuta, odnosno dok vam povr\u0161ina ne poprimi lijepu rumenu boju, a nadjev naraste. Ako vam tijesto krene brzo poprimati rumenu boju pokrijte ga folijom kako vam ne bi izgorjelo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0\u0160paroga ima mjesto pucanja izme\u0111u \u010dvrste stabljike i mekanog donjeg dijela. Dovoljno je da je primite prstima i nakrivite, ona \u0107e sama puknuti na tom mjestu. Divlje \u0161paroge uvijek blan\u0161irajte jednu minutu u kipu\u0107oj vodi. Ako koristite uzgojene ne trebate ih blan\u0161irati.<\/li>\n<li>Po \u017eelji gljive mo\u017eete zamijeniti suhomesnatim proizvodima poput pancete, kobasica i sl. Tada izdinstajte samo \u0161paroge, a ostale sastojke nare\u017eite na komadi\u0107e.
