Divno je mekan i lagan. Podsje\u0107a na brioche zbog maslaca i mlijeka, a opet je pravi bijeli kruh. Omiljen je u mojoj obitelji i\u00a0zadnje vrijeme ga ba\u0161\u00a0\u010desto pe\u010dem.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Za vrijeme karantene kruh je namirnica koju najvi\u0161e radim. Osim za nas, pe\u010dem ga i svojim roditeljima. Do\u00a0sada sam napravila zaista mnogo razli\u010ditih vrsta, no ovaj kruh im je daleko najdra\u017ei. Pogotovo mom ocu, on voli bijeli mekani kruh.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Danas sam odvojila malo vremena da vam ga slikam i natipkam recept. Dodajte mlijeko i vodu pa pove\u017eite sve sastojke.<\/li>\n<li>Sada dodaje maslac iskida na komadi\u0107e. Dobro izradite tijesto, sve dok ne bude glatko i sjajno. Trebat \u0107e vam 6-8 minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Izra\u0111eno tijesto prebacite u nauljenu posudu i prekrijte prozirnom folijom. Ostavite da se udvostru\u010di, sat do sat i 30 minuta.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Nakon \u0161to se udvostru\u010dilo, tijesto prebacite na pobra\u0161njenu radnu podlogu te ga lagano premijesite. Oblikujte ga prema dimenzijama kalupa za kruh. Moj kalup je dimenzija 12 x 25 cm. Kalup namastite, a dno mu oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto prebacite u kalup i pokrije \u010distom kuhinjskom krpom. Ostavite 45 minuta na topom kako bi tijesto ponovo naraslo.<\/li>\n<li>Ugrijte pe\u0107nicu na 180 stupnjeva. Kruh pecite 30 &#8211; 35 minuta, odnosno dok ne poprimi lijepu rumenu boju.<\/li>\n<li>Kruh prvo ohladite u kalupu pa ga potom izvadite na re\u0161etku da se potpuno ohladi.
