Jedna od najboljih stvari koju mo\u017eete napraviti s njim je ovaj puding.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ako nikada niste jeli puding od kruha, sigurna sam da \u0107e vas odu\u0161eviti na prvu. Tostirani kruh, krema od vanilije, gro\u017e\u0111ice&#8230; Unutra\u0161njost pudinga je divno mekana dok se izvan nalazi hrskavi kruh. Meni je ovo \u010disto obo\u017eavanje.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gro\u017e\u0111ice mo\u017eete namo\u010diti i u nekom likeru, a mo\u017eete ih i izostaviti. Kremi mo\u017eete nadodati koricu naran\u010de i sl.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Na vama je da se odlu\u010dite koja kombinacija vam je omiljena. Pripremite jedan ve\u0107i kalup promjera 18&#215;18 centimetara ili nekoliko manjih.<\/li>\n<li>Kruh izre\u017eite na fete pa ga tostirajte.<\/li>\n<li>Mlijeko zakuhajte u loncu s debljim dnom. Odvojite 100 ml i prelijte gro\u017e\u0111ice, preostalo mlijeko ostavite po strani.<\/li>\n<li>Za to vrijeme \u017eumanjke pomije\u0161ajte s gustinom i \u0161e\u0107erom u kompaktnu smjesu. Dodajte aromu vanilije. Sada postepeno dodajite mlijeko (u tankom mlazu) mije\u0161aju\u0107i pjenja\u010dom cijelo vrijeme.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu prebacite u lonac u kojem ste grijali mlijeko. Kada smjesa zakuha maknite s vatre.<\/li>\n<li>Tostirane komade kruha razlomite i poslo\u017eite u kalup za pe\u010denje. Iscijedite gro\u017e\u0111ice i dodajte ih kruhu. Sve prelijte kremom od \u017eumanjaka i mlijeka.<\/li>\n<li>Zapecite 15-ak minuta.
