Ne mogu vam ni\u00a0opisati koliko je ukusan, jednostavno se topi u ustima.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Za njegovu meko\u0107u je zasluzan tangzhong. Ovakva izrada kruha je zaista posebna i rezultat je i vi\u0161e nego o\u010daravaju\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kada otvorite kuglicu gotovog tijesta mo\u017eete vidjeti slojeve kruha, kao da jedete neki mekani oblak. Kruh je jednostavno predivan. Ima odre\u0111enu dozu slatko\u0107e u sebi pa vam mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti kao kola\u010d, doslovno.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ja ga sam ga radila u obliku kuglica, no ovaj kruh mo\u017eete raditi i u kalupu za kruh. Dobro promije\u0161ajte kako bi smjesa bila kompaktna te nastavite mije\u0161ati dok ne dobijete kompaktnu zgusnutu smjesu. Za ovo \u0107e vam trebati svega nekoliko minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Tangzhong tijesto prebacite u posudu od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili obi\u010dnu posudu i ostavite po strani da se ohladi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>TIJESTO<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Tangzhong tijestu dodajte razmu\u0107eno jaje, otopljen i ohla\u0111en maslac, mlijeko, \u0161e\u0107er i kvasac. Dobro promije\u0161ajte pa dodajte sol i bra\u0161no. Zamijesite tijesto nastavkom za tijesto ili rukama. Mijesite dok vam tijesto ne postane mekano i sjajno. Za ovo \u0107e vam trebati 6-8 minuta.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Tijesto prebacite u lagano nauljenu posudu i pokrijte prozirnom folijom. Ostavite da se udvostru\u010di (sat do dva).<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Tijesto potom prebacite na pobra\u0161njenu podlogu i podijelite na 7 jednakih dijelova.<\/li>\n<li>Svaki dio oblikujte u kuglu. Kugle poslo\u017eite u okrugli kalup za pe\u010denje (ili kalup za torte promjera 26 cm) koji ste prethodno namazali maslacem ili posprejali uljem u spreju.<\/li>\n<li>Poslo\u017eene kugle tijesta prekrijte prozirnom folijom i ostavite na toplom 40-50 minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 180 stupnjeva.<\/li>\n<li>Svaku kuglicu prema\u017eite razmu\u0107enim jajem kojem ste dodali malo mlijeka.<\/li>\n<li>Japanski mlije\u010dni kruh pecite 20 &#8211; 25 minuta, odnosno dok im povr\u0161ina lijepo ne porumeni.<\/li>\n<li>Nakon pe\u010denja kruh ostavite 5-10 minuta u kalupu pa ga potom prebacite na re\u0161etku dok se ne ohladi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Japanski mlije\u010dni kruh je najmekaniji i najpjenastiji mlije\u010dni kruh ikada.
