Posebice kada se dogode dani poput ovih, gdje smo svi zatvoreni u svojim domovima.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kruh je jedna od najva\u017enijih namirnica, barem nama. Kada ima\u0161 \u0161trucu kruha doma, ne\u0107e\u0161 biti gladan. Nastavkom za tijesto ili kuha\u010dom pove\u017eite sve sastojke.<\/li>\n<li>Ako koristite elektri\u010dni mikser nastavite izra\u0111ivati tijesto nastavkom za tijesto na srednjoj brzini narednih 7 &#8211; 10 minuta. Ako ne koristite mikser, povezano tijesto prebacite na pobra\u0161njenu podlogu i rukama ga zamijesite dok ne postane glatko i prestane se ljepiti. Po potrebi dodajte malo bra\u0161na.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto prebacite u naljenu posudu pa je prekrijte prozirnom folijom. Ostavite na toplom dok se ne udvostru\u010di (oko 1-1,5 sat).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>OBLIKOVANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pripremite lim za pe\u010denje koji ste oblo\u017eili papriom za pe\u010denje. Papir pobra\u0161nite, ja koristim kukuruzno bra\u0161no, no vi mo\u017eete bilo koje.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto pritisnite dlanom kako bi se vi\u0161ak zraka ispuhao pa ga prebacite na pobra\u0161njenu podlogu.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Podlijelite ga na dva jednaka dijela te svaki dio lagano razvaljajte na pribli\u017ene dimenzije 15 x 20 cm.<\/li>\n<li>Sada svaki dio tijesta zarolajte kako bi dobili oblik \u0161truce. Rubove im spojite kako ne bi imali nepravlnosti na kruhu.<\/li>\n<li>\u0160truce poslo\u017eite na lim za pe\u010denje. Prekrijte ih \u010distom kuhinjskom krpom i ostavite 40 &#8211; 50 minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu upalite na 190 srupnjeva. Na dno pe\u0107nice stavite padelu u koju \u0107ete kasnije uliti kipu\u0107u vodu i na taj na\u010din stvoriti paru.<\/li>\n<li>Svaku \u0161trucu kruha zare\u017eite skalperom na tri mjesta. Sada kruh stavite u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu. Ulijte 0,5 l vrele vode u padelu koja se tako\u0111er ugrijala na dnu pe\u0107nice (pazite da se ne ope\u010dete).<\/li>\n<li>Kruh pecite 25 -30 minuta, odnosno dok vam kruh ne poprimi lijepu rumenu koricu, a unutra\u0161njost mu dosegne 92 stupnja (ako imate termometar mo\u017eete provjeriti).<\/li>\n<li>Ostavite da se kruh ohladi prije rezanja.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pitanja o kruhu su jedna od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih na blogu.
