Recept dolazi iz Amerike, a amerikancima je neizostavan na stolu za njihov najpoznatiji blagdan &#8211; Dan zahvalnosti.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>U dosta recepata se koristi \u0161e\u0107er, u nekima se kombinira i \u0161e\u0107er i med. Meni je najdra\u017ei s malo meda. Ovako mi ne prevladava slatko\u0107a, a sam kruh ima dosta neutralan okus.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kruh mo\u017eete raditi u kalupima po \u017eelji. Mo\u017eete ga pe\u010di u okruglom kalupu i rezatikao tortu ili u bilo kojoj posudi za pe\u010denje.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Meni je predivan uz dodatak kukuruza, ali osnovni recept je bez njega, takav sam vam i slikala. Kruh se divno sla\u017ee s izrazito slanim namirnicama poput in\u0107una, pancete i sl., ali i uz med i mlijeko. Pripremite okrugli kalup promjera 28 cm ili posudu promjera 23 x 33 cm. Kalup namastite omek\u0161alim maslacem, po \u017eelji dodajte malo masti.<\/li>\n<li>Pomije\u0161jte bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo, sodu bikarbonu i sol. U zasebnoj posudi pjenja\u010dom pomije\u0161ajte jaja, mast i med.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Dodajte smjesu s jajima mlijeku i palenti. Pove\u017eite sve \u0161patulom.<\/li>\n<li>Mokre sastojke koje ste upravo povezali dodajte bra\u0161nu. \u0160patulom sve dobro izradite dok ne bude povezano i kompaktno.<\/li>\n<li>Po \u017eelji dodajte kukuruz i umije\u0161ajte ga u smjesu.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu prebacite u pripremljeni kalup i pecite 30-35 minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Kruh od palente ostavite u kalupu 15-ak minuta pa ga izvadite na re\u0161etku za hla\u0111enje.<\/li>\n<li>Poslu\u017eite toplog.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kruh od palente mo\u017eete jesti kao kruh ili kao kola\u010d.
