Koristim ga za sve, doslovno. S ovim pekmezom se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e pune razna peciva, prhki keksi\u0107i, premazuju se \u010dokoladni kola\u010di itd. Mo\u017ee vam poslu\u017eiti i kao ukusan doru\u010dak poslu\u017een na kri\u0161ki kruha. Sigurno ste ga vi\u0111ali i jeli u raznim slasticama.<\/p>\n<p>A da li ste ga ikada sami napravili? Ako niste, onda to obavezno u\u010dinite. Dobit \u0107ete ukusan pekmez zdraviji od onog kupovnog i \u0161to je najljep\u0161e u cijeloj pri\u010di, biti \u0107e stvoren va\u0161im rukama.<\/p>\n<p>Ne znam kako vama, ali meni je posebno lijep osje\u0107aj ne\u0161to ovako ukusno spremiti, pohraniti u svoju zimnicu ili pokloniti bliskim ljudima. Ima ne\u0161to \u010darobno u stvaranju doma\u0107e zimnice. U dubljem loncu vam pekmez ne\u0107e toliko \u0161pricati van (na ovo se pripremite).<\/li>\n<li>Neka vatra bude jaka prvih 5 minuta pa je potom smanjite na srednje jaku. \u0160tapnim mikserom usitnite marelice. Ja to radim u loncu dok se marelice kuhaju. Mo\u017eete maknuti lonac s vatre, usitniti smjesu pa ga vratiti. Cijelo vrijeme mije\u0161ajte pekmez.<\/li>\n<li>Pekmez kuhajte do \u017eeljene gusto\u0107e, ja sam svoj kuhala 35 minuta i bio je taman. Ovo \u0107ete najlak\u0161e provjeriti tako da tanjur staviti u zamrziva\u010d na 5 minuta, izvadite ga i odmah na njega stavite malo pekmeza. Po sredini pekmeza pro\u0111ite \u017eli\u010dicom. Ako se pekmez nije ponovno spojio, ve\u0107 je ostao razdvojen zna\u010di da je va\u0161 pekmez gotov!<\/li>\n<li>Pekmez je potrebno pohraniti u sterilizirane, tople staklenke. Staklenke sterilizirajte tako da pe\u0107nicu ugrijete na 110-115 stupnjeva pa je ugasite. Oprane staklenke stavite u ugrijanu i uga\u0161enu pe\u0107nicu na 15 minuta. Odmah sipajte vru\u0107i pekmez u jo\u0161 tople staklenke.<\/li>\n<li>Staklenke zatvorite te ih okrenite naopako na par minuta, okrenite ih potom na pravu stranu i ostavite u toploj pe\u0107nici dok se potpuno ne ohlade. Ovako \u0107e se pekmez postepeno hladiti te \u0107e se stvoriti potreban vakum.<\/li>\n<li>Ohla\u0111en pekmez spremite na suho i tamno mjesto.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Za pekmez je bolje kada su marelice zrelije i mekanije.<\/li>\n<li>Ako su marelice sla\u0111e, stavite cijeli sok limuna. Krenite s pola pa dodajte po potrebi.<\/li>\n<li>Koli\u010dinu \u0161e\u0107era prilagodite va\u0161im \u017eeljama.
