Toliko smo ga brat i ja voljeli da smo imali i posebne zdjelice za njega. Sada na\u0161a djeca s jednakim nestrpljenjem \u010dekaju da se ohladi bakin puding kao \u0161to smo i mi jednom.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kod pudinga volim tu kremoznost i \u0161to mu je okus toliko bogat i pun da se jednostavno svaki put iznova odu\u0161evim s ovom jednostavnom poslasticom.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ako \u017eelite raditi varijantu s vanilijom tada samo izbacite \u010dokoladu i nadodajte jednu mahunu vanilije vi\u0161e i dobit \u0107ete predivan puding od vanilije.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u010cokoladnom pudingu mo\u017eete nadodati malo cimeta ili nekog za\u010dina po \u017eelji i svaki put dobit\u00a0potpuno novi okus.<\/p>\n<p>Puding se jako lijepo sla\u017ee s tu\u010denim vrhnjem. Dodajte mu mahunu vanilije koju ste raspolovili i sastrugali sjemenke, sjemenke tako\u0111er dodajte mlijeku. Zagrijte ga do vrenja pa izvadite mahunu vanilije.<\/li>\n<li>\u017dumanjke i \u0161e\u0107er pjenja\u010dom kratko stucite kako bi dobili kompaktnu smjesu. Dodajte \u0161krobno i glatko bra\u0161no pa ponovo sve pove\u017eite pjenja\u010dom.<\/li>\n<li>U tankom mlazu dodajte ugrijano mlijeko uz stalno mije\u0161anje pjenja\u010dom. Dodajte \u010dokoladu. Sada sve prebacite\u00a0u lonac na laganu vatru.<\/li>\n<li>Mije\u0161ajte pjenja\u010dom dok se puding ne zgusne, dovoljno je par minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Puding prebacite u posudice.
