Ovaj jednostavan kola\u010d spada me\u0111u klasike koji se i danas rado spremaju. Ja ga volim zbog njegove so\u010dnosti i jednostavne pripreme.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u010cesto ga pripremim nave\u010der kako bi ga imali za doru\u010dak. Kiara ga jako voli pa nam nikad ne izdr\u017ei du\u017ee od jednog dana, ali ako ga hermeti\u010dki zatvorite ostat \u0107e vam svje\u017e puna tri dana.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ja ga najvi\u0161e volim s posutim i tostiranim lje\u0161njacima, ali u nedostatku istih mo\u017eete koristiti bilo koje ora\u0161aste plodove. Jednako je ukusan. Kako ovaj kola\u010d nema pra\u0161ak za pecivo u svom sastavu, tu\u010dene bjelanjke je potrebno postepeno i lagano umije\u0161ati kako bi vam kola\u010d bio mekan i prozra\u010dan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017eete koristiti razne za\u010dine, od kardamoma, cimeta, \u0111umbira i sl. Pripremite kalup za kruh promjera 11 x 25 cm. Dno kalupa oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje, a rubove namastite.<\/li>\n<li>Odvojite \u017eumanjke od bjelanjaka. \u010cokoladu iskidajte na komadi\u0107e pa je rastopite na pari. Lje\u0161njake tostirajte pa ih iskidajte na krupne komadi\u0107e.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Maslac i \u0161e\u0107er pjenasto izradite mikserom. Dodajte \u017eumanjak po \u017eumanjak miksaju\u0107i izme\u0111u svakog dodavanja.<\/li>\n<li>Sada dodajte aromu vanilije, sok i koricu naran\u010de.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte rastopljenu \u010dokoladu i prosijano bra\u0161no pa pove\u017eite smjesu mikserom.<\/li>\n<li>Bjelanjke stucite u snijeg pa ih dodajte iz dva intervala. Umije\u0161ajte polako koriste\u0107i se \u0161patulom.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu izlijte u kalup i pecite 45-50 minuta, odnosno dok vam \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Pustite da se kola\u010d ohladi u kalupu pa ga izre\u017eite na fete i poslu\u017eite uz kuglicu sladoleda, tu\u010deno vrhnje ili po \u017eelji.<\/li>\n<li>Kola\u010d potro\u0161ite unutra tri dana.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sigurno ste \u010duli za \u010dokoladni kruh.
