
{"id":547,"date":"2018-07-11T15:04:04","date_gmt":"2018-07-11T13:04:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bakeme.com.hr\/?p=547"},"modified":"2018-07-17T13:00:34","modified_gmt":"2018-07-17T11:00:34","slug":"susene-rajcice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bakeme.com.hr\/?p=547","title":{"rendered":"SU\u0160ENE RAJ\u010cICE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Su\u0161ene raj\u010dice spadaju u hranu koja nije uobi\u010dajena, cijenjene su te se \u010desto poslu\u017euju u restoranima kao delicija.<\/p>\n<p>Njihov okus oboga\u0107uje razna jela, koriste se kao dodatak umacima, na canapeima, bruschettima, pizzama, focacciama ili kao zasebna namirnica uz sir i pokoju maslinu.<\/p>\n<p>U vrijeme kada raj\u010dice dozrijevaju svakako razmislite o tome da dio i osu\u0161ite. Na ovaj na\u010din \u0107ete dobiti raj\u010dice koje mo\u017eete koristiti i zimi.<\/p>\n<p>Od svih vrsta raj\u010dica, za su\u0161enje su mi se najbolje pokazale sorte \u0161ljivar, pelat i male cherry raj\u010dice.<\/p>\n<p>Postoje tri na\u010dina na koja raj\u010dice mo\u017eete osu\u0161iti. Donosim vam sva tri.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prvi na\u010din je su\u0161enje na suncu.<\/strong> Ovo je na\u010din na koji su raj\u010dice generacijama su\u0161ile \u017eene u Dalmaciji. Meni je najdra\u017ei, iako je najdu\u017ei na\u010din. Sve \u0161to vam treba je nekoliko sun\u010danih dana i drvena kutija za vo\u0107e koju mo\u017eete nabaviti na tr\u017enici. Meni svaki put kada ih zamolim, \u017eene s tr\u017enice rado poklone nekoliko komada. Budite ih i vi slobodni pitati, sigurna sam da \u0107e vam ih rado ustupiti. Ra\u010dicama je potrebno tri do \u010detiri dana su\u0161enja na suncu kako bi bile gotove.<\/p>\n<p>Vodite ra\u010duna o tome da vam treba biti lijepo i sun\u010dano vrijeme svaki dan uzastopno kako bi se raj\u010dice osu\u0161ile.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Drugi na\u010din je su\u0161enje u pe\u0107nici.<\/strong> Ovako pripremljene raj\u010dice budu gotove za pet, \u0161est sati. Trebate samo paziti da stavljate raj\u010dice sli\u010dne veli\u010dine kako bi se ravnomjerno osu\u0161ile.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tre\u0107i na\u010din je dehidrator hrane.<\/strong> Ja sam ga kupila za 180 kn i koristim ga za jako puno namirnica. U njemu su\u0161im za\u010dine, vo\u0107e, povr\u0107e, gljive i sl. Ako su vam raj\u010dice ve\u0107e, poput mojih, polovicu tako\u0111er uzdu\u017eno prepolovite tako da dobijete 4 jednaka dijela. Sada odstranite sjemenke iz raj\u010dica pa ih poslo\u017eite u drvenu kutiju za vo\u0107e.<\/li>\n<li>Posolite ih i izvadite kutiju na sunce. Neka vam stoje na suncu od jutra do ve\u010deri. Nave\u010der je kutiju s raj\u010dicama potrebno unijeti u zatvoren prostor. Ujutro je ponovno izvadite i postupak ponavljajte dok se potpuno ne osu\u0161e.<\/li>\n<li>Raj\u010dicama treba tri do \u010detiri dana na suncu kako bi bile gotove.<\/li>\n<li>Osu\u0161ene raj\u010dice spremite u steriliziranu staklenku. Nastojte koristiti raj\u010dice jednake veli\u010dine kako bi se jednako su\u0161ile. Izvadite sjemenke (ja ih vadim \u010dajnom \u017eli\u010dicom), pa raj\u010dice dobro posolite.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 100 stupnjeva.<\/li>\n<li>Raj\u010dice poslo\u017eite na re\u0161etke pe\u0107nice. Ako imate pe\u0107nicu s vi\u0161e re\u0161etki, slobodno poslo\u017eite raj\u010dice na sve re\u0161etke. Neka vam razmak bude \u0161to manji kako bi se ravnomjerno su\u0161ile.<\/li>\n<li>Du\u017eina su\u0161enje raj\u010dica u pe\u0107nici ovisi o njihovoj veli\u010dini, koli\u010dini vode u njima kao i sorti raj\u010dice.<\/li>\n<li>Ja sam koristila ve\u0107e \u0161ljivarice i trebalo im je 6 sati su\u0161enja.<\/li>\n<li>Iz mog iskustva, raj\u010dice se su\u0161e od 5 \u2013 7 sati u pe\u0107nici. Ako ih su\u0161ite manje, dio teku\u0107ine bi mogao ostati i ne\u0107ete biti zadovoljni kona\u010dnim rezultatom.<\/li>\n<li>Osu\u0161ene raj\u010dice spremite u steriliziranu staklenku. Posolite ih i poslo\u017eite na pladnjeve dehidratora.<\/li>\n<li>Dehidrator hrane upalite na 70 stupnjeva. Za ovakvo su\u0161enje namirnica vam je potrebno dosta vremena. Od 7-10 sati. Ne preporu\u010da se prekidanje su\u0161enja tako da planirajte dehidriranje u vrijeme kada \u0107ete biti ku\u0107i. Jednako kao i kod su\u0161enja u pe\u0107nici.<\/li>\n<li>Moje raj\u010dice, sorta \u0161ljivar su se su\u0161ile 7 sati. Dehidrator je prvo osu\u0161io donji pladanj, njega sam makla nakon 6 sati i nastavila su\u0161enje ostalih slojeva (pladnjeva). Imala sam ih ukupno 5 i svi su se osu\u0161ili podjednako. Raj\u010dice su dehidrirane idealno.<\/li>\n<li>Raj\u010dice spremite u steriliziranu staklenku. Staklenku napunite maslinovim uljem, dodajte tri \u010de\u0161nja \u010de\u0161njaka, nekoliko zrna crnog papra, svje\u017ei ru\u017emarin i bosiljak.<\/li>\n<li>Staklenku zatvorite i spremite na hladno mjesto.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kako sterilizirati staklenke?<\/strong> Staklenke temeljito operite. Pe\u0107nicu upalite na 110-115 stupnjeva. Kada se pe\u0107nica ugrijala ugasite je i staklenke stavite u nju na 10-15 minuta. Izvadite ih oprezno, koristite rukavice ili krpu, pazite da ne dirate unutra\u0161njost staklenke. Drugi na\u010din je da ih uronite u kipu\u0107u vodu koju ste makli s vatre na 10-15 minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Raj\u010dice prije su\u0161enja <strong>posolite<\/strong> jer sol poma\u017ee izvla\u010denju teku\u0107ine, a i bitno je radi okusa samih raj\u010dica.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Du\u017eina su\u0161enja<\/strong> ovisi o razli\u010ditim faktorima poput veli\u010dine raj\u010dice, sorte raj\u010dice, ja\u010dine sunca, ja\u010dine va\u0161e pe\u0107nice itd. Vodite se njihovim izgledom. Osu\u0161ena raj\u010dica nije mekana i tamnije je boje.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u0160to ako raj\u010dice su\u0161im na suncu, a vrijeme se pogor\u0161a? <\/strong>Ni\u0161ta zato, prebacite ih u ugrijanu pe\u0107nicu na 100 stupnjeva i dovr\u0161ite su\u0161enje.
