Ako volite mille- feuille, Napoleon tortu \u0107ete obo\u017eavati. Ova ruska verzija lisnatog tijesta i predivne kreme od vanilije je zaista posebna.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Torta se sastoji od 12 slojeva lisnatog tijesta koje se lista na jo\u0161 mnogo zasebnih listova, od tuda i naziv tisu\u0107e listi\u0107a. Kore se jako brzo naprave i tako se lagano valjaju. Za njihovu pripremu vam ne treba posebna vje\u0161tina, samo \u0107ete trebati odvojiti malo vremena da ih sve redom ispe\u010dete. Ali, vjerujte mi, za ovu tortu se isplati izdvojiti sve vrijeme koje ona tra\u017ei. Na slikama ispod imate korake valjanja tijesta.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Slasti\u010darska krema je jedna od najomiljenijih krema, ujedno i moja najdra\u017ea krema. Za ovu krema vam trebaju \u017eumanjci, mlijeko, \u0161e\u0107er, vanilija i \u0161krobno bra\u0161no. Savjetujem da koristite mahunu vanilije umjesto arome ili vanilin \u0161e\u0107era. Rukama ili nastavkom za tijesto izradite tijesto dok se sve ne pove\u017ee. Dodajte hladnu vodu (neka vam bude \u0161to hladnija) pa izradite kompaktno tijesto.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto podijelite u 12 jednakih dijelova (115-120 g po komadu). Svaki komad zamotajte u prozirnu foliju i stavite u hladnjak na sat vremena kako bi se tijesto odmorilo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>ZA TO VRIJEME NAPRAVITE KREMU<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Mlijeko ulijte u lonac s debljim dnom. Dodajte mu sjemenke vanilije pa ga ugrijte do vrenja. Mlijeko maknite s vatre i ostavite po strani.<\/li>\n<li>U ve\u0107u posudu otpornu na toplinu stavite \u017eumanjke. Dodajte im \u0161e\u0107er pa ih kratko izmije\u0161ajte pjenja\u010dom. Dovoljno je da se smjesa pove\u017ee. Dodate gustin (\u0161krobno bra\u0161no) pa ponovite isto.<\/li>\n<li>Mlijeko u jako tankom mlazu dodajte smjesi sa \u017eumanjcima mije\u0161aju\u0107i pjenja\u010dom cijelo vrijeme. Ovako \u0107e se \u017eumanjci temperirati i ne\u0107e imati grudice u kremi.<\/li>\n<li>Kada ste sve mlijeko ulili, kremu prebacite u lonac na srednje jaku vatru. Cijelo vrijeme mije\u0161ajte pjenja\u010dom.<\/li>\n<li>Kada se krema krene stiskati (nakon par minuta mije\u0161anja) maknite je s vatre i nastavite je mije\u0161ati pjenja\u010dom.<\/li>\n<li>Primijetit \u0107ete da je krema poprimila \u010dvr\u0161\u0107u teksturu.<\/li>\n<li>Kremu izlijte u \u010distu padelu i prekrijte je prozirnom folijom. Ostavite je na sobnoj temperaturi dok s ne ohladi.<\/li>\n<li>Prije kori\u0161tenja kremu prebacite u posudu i izmiksajte je mikserom.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>VALJANJE I PE\u010cENJE KORA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 180 stupnjeva. Pripremite dva lima za pe\u010denje na kojima \u0107ete pe\u0107i kore.<\/li>\n<li>Na pobra\u0161njenoj radnoj podlozi razvaljate koru koju ste izvadili iz hladnjaka. Razvaljajte je \u0161to tanje. Kore su jako rastezljive i lijepo se valjaju tako da \u0107ete ih s lako\u0107om razvaljati. Koru prebacite na stra\u017enju stranu lima za pe\u010denje. Mo\u017eete i na njemu valjati ako vam je tako lak\u0161e, samo ga pobra\u0161nite prije.<\/li>\n<li>Na koru postavite kalup promjera 22 centimetra. Ja sam koristila tanjur. O\u0161trim no\u017eem obrubite kalup (tanjur). Sada \u0107ete dobiti okruglu koru i rubove od tijesta. Vilicom izbodite na vi\u0161e mjesta koru jer \u0107e se u protivnom napuhati u pe\u010denju. Kora vam treba za slojeve na torti, a usitnjenim tijestom od rubova \u0107ete je ukrasiti.<\/li>\n<li>Lim stavite pe\u0107i 8-12 minuta, odnosno dok ne primijetite da vam je kora poprimila laganu rumenu boju.<\/li>\n<li>Isto ponovite s preostalim korama. Na slikama ispod imate korake pe\u010denja.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SLAGANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Na pladanj za poslu\u017eivanje postavite prvu koru. Na nju postavite tanki sloj kreme, dovoljno da koru prema\u017eete.<\/li>\n<li>Postavite drugu koru i ponovo je prema\u017eite kremom.
