Divno mekan biskvit, dovoljno so\u010dan i aromati\u010dan i \u010dokoladna krema oboga\u0107ena karamelom. Ni\u010deg se ne osjeti previ\u0161e, roga\u010d ne dominira okusom, ali lijepo nosi cijelu notu kroz okuse.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ja sam koristila Komi\u0161ki fino mljeveni roga\u010d. On mi je posebno drag. Fino mljevena zrnca ne utje\u010du na samu teksturu biskvita, jako je mirisan i kvalitetan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jabuka u biskvitu poma\u017ee kod so\u010dnosti i daje jedan blag okus cijelom kola\u010du. Koristite jabuke koje nisu kisele. Ja koristim crveni deli\u0161es, ali vi mo\u017eete bilo koju vrstu po \u017eelji.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u0160to se ti\u010de same kreme. Spoj \u010dokoladnog ganachea i karamele mi je najbolji izbor. No, kola\u010d mo\u017eete samo posuti \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu, bit \u0107e jako ukusan i ovako. Dok se karamel hladi pripremite \u010dokoladni ganache.<\/li>\n<li>\u010cokoladu iskidajte na male komadi\u0107e jednake veli\u010dine i stavite u posudu otpornu na toplinu. Vrhnje za \u0161lag ugrijte do vrenja te ga prelijte preko komadi\u0107a \u010dokolade. Ostavite dvije minute po strani. Sada \u0161patulom mije\u0161ajte cijelo vrijeme dok ne dobijete sjajnu i povezanu teksturu. Ganache \u0107e biti rijedak. Dodajte mu karamel i ponovo promije\u0161ajte \u0161patulom.<\/li>\n<li>Dobivenu kremu ohladite na sobnoj temperaturi. Ako \u0107ete je raditi dan prije onda je ohla\u0111enu stavite u hladnjak do kori\u0161tenja.<\/li>\n<li>Ohla\u0111enu kremu izradite mikserom kako bi dobili kremastu teksturu.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu upalite na 180 stupnjeva. Pripremite kalup za pe\u010denje dimenzija 30 x 30 cm. Po potrebi dno kalupa oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje, a rubove mu namastite. Moj kalup je silikonski pa ga ne obla\u017eem papirom.<\/li>\n<li>Jaja i \u0161e\u0107er pjenasto izradite. Dodajte im ulje, mlijeko i aromu vanilije pa sve dobro pove\u017eite.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte suhe sastojke (bra\u0161no, mljeveni roga\u010d, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i sol).<\/li>\n<li>Sada suhe sastojke dodajte smjesi s jajima i \u0161e\u0107erom. Miksajte na laganoj brzini dok se sve ne pove\u017ee.<\/li>\n<li>Na kraju umije\u0161ajte ribanu jabuku koriste\u0107i se \u0161patulom.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu prebacite u pripremljen kalup i pecite 30-35 minuta, odnosno dok \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Kola\u010d ohladite u kalupu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SLAGANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Na ohla\u0111eni kola\u010d stavite \u010dokoladnu kremu.<\/li>\n<li>Iskidajte komade u \u017eeljenoj veli\u010dini.
