Toliko su profinjene i lijepe, a u drugu ruku su toliko jednostavne i relativno brze za izradu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ono \u0161to mi je posebno lijepo je \u0161to ih mo\u017eete raditi u toliko razli\u010ditih varijanti i prilagoditi trenutnim \u017eeljama. Mogu vam biti kao dio ukrasa za tortu, predivan su poklon i savr\u0161en ukras na stolu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017eete ih raditi bez pe\u010denja, koriste\u0107i mljevene \u010dokoladne kekse po \u017eelji, mo\u017eete koristiti ostatak biskvita od torti ili ispe\u0107i svoj \u010dokoladni biskvit. Tako\u0111er, truffle mo\u017eete uvaljati u kakao prah umjesto da ih uma\u010dete u \u010dokoladu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ja sam ih ovaj put radila s mojim\u00a0omiljenim \u010dokoladnim biskvitom. Ovi truffle kola\u010di\u0107i su mi jedni od najdra\u017eih. Pripremite kalup za pe\u010denje okvirnih dimenzija 20 x 15 cm. Dno mu oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje, a rubove namastite.<\/li>\n<li>Sve suhe sastojke osim instant kave stavite u posudu i pomije\u0161ajte ih. Dodajte im ulje i mlijeko te sve dobro izradite mikserom. Dodajte jaje i nastavite miksati.<\/li>\n<li>Sada dodajte vrelu vodu pomije\u0161anu s instant kavom ili espressom.<\/li>\n<li>Biskvit pecite 25-30 minuta, odnosno dok vam \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Biskvit malo prohladite prije formiranja loptica.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>TRUFFLE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Otopite svu\u00a0\u010dokoladu na pari pa je stavite po strani. Biskvit razmrvite. Mo\u017eete se koristiti sjeckalicom za hranu ili ga razmrviti\u00a0prstima.<\/li>\n<li>Razmrvljenom biskvitu dodajte 100 g rastopljene \u010dokolade, ostalo ostavite za umakanje. Dodajte i sirni namaz. Pomo\u0107u \u0161patule pove\u017eite sva sastojke u kompaktno tijesto. Ako vam djeluje suho dodajte malo mlijeka.<\/li>\n<li>Od dobivenog tijesta formirajte loptice te\u017eine 10-12 g. Po \u017eelji mo\u017eete i ve\u0107e. Pripremite papir za pe\u010denje na kojem \u0107e vam se loptice su\u0161iti.<\/li>\n<li>Svaku lopticu uronite u rastopljenu \u010dokoladu pomo\u0107u vilice. Neka vam se malo ocijedi prije stavljanja na papir za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Kada ste uronili sve loptice, ostavite ih na papiru dok se \u010dokolada ne stisne i osu\u0161i.<\/li>\n<li>Na pari zagrijte malo \u010dokolade za kuhanje, mo\u017eete koristiti bijelu, mlije\u010dnu ili tamnu \u010dokoladu.<\/li>\n<li>Rastopljenu \u010dokoladu prohladite pa je stavite u slasti\u010darsku vre\u0107icu. Koristite nastavak za pisanje ili napravite malu rupicu na vre\u0107ici. Pomo\u0107u vre\u0107ice pro\u0161arajte \u010dokoladu po gotovim truffle lopticama.<\/li>\n<li>Ostavite da se i ona osu\u0161i do kraja.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u010cokoladni truffle su mi omiljene \u010dokoladne poslastice.
