Jedne od mojih dra\u017eih varijanti su sa \u0161umskim vo\u0107em ili breskvama. Ovaj s kru\u0161kama mi je ipak najomiljeniji, zato ga dijelim. Crumble je, ako mene pitate, brza, jednostavna verzija pite. Vo\u0107e malo skuhate, zdrobite bra\u0161no i maslac, sve ubacite u peka\u010d i voila! Crumble je gotov. Da lak\u0161e i ukusnije ne mo\u017ee biti.<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eite ga jo\u0161 toplog. Dodajte mu kuglicu sladoleda od vanilije, tu\u010deno vrhnje ili gr\u010dki jogurt. Lonac stavite na umjerenu vatru pa dodajte kru\u0161ke, 50 g sme\u0111eg \u0161e\u0107era, cimet i vodu. Promije\u0161ajte te kuhajte 10-ak minuta na umjerenoj vatri. Kru\u0161ke bi trebale pustiti svoju teku\u0107inu. Ako i nakon nekoliko minuta kru\u0161ke nisu pokrivene teku\u0107inom, dolijte malo vode. Dovoljno je da kru\u0161ke prekrijete, nemojte previ\u0161e dolijevati. Nakon 10 minuta, odnosno kada su kru\u0161ke omek\u0161ale, dodajte \u0161krobno bra\u0161no, dobro promije\u0161ajte pa ugasite vatru.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 180 stupnjeva.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnu posudu stavite bra\u0161no, 50 g sme\u0111eg \u0161e\u0107era, prstohvat soli i 40 g maslaca. Maslac treba biti hladan, najbolje da ga kidate na listi\u0107e i takvog dodate bra\u0161nu. Rukama mrvite maslac i bra\u0161no dok se sav maslac ne pove\u017ee. Tijesto \u0107e biti mrvi\u010dasto.<\/li>\n<li>U peka\u010d prvo prebacite kru\u0161ke pa ih potom prekrijte izmrvljenim tijestom.
