Prepun je suhog vo\u0107a i ora\u0161astih plodova, a nimalo nije te\u017eak kao \u0161to se zna dogoditi s ovakvim kola\u010dima.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ja ga volim u kombinaciji sa suhim brusnicama, gro\u017e\u0111icama, smokvama i orasima. Vi mo\u017eete kombinirati bilo koje suho vo\u0107e, bitno je samo da se pridr\u017eavate jednakih omjera. Mo\u017eete koristiti i kandirano vo\u0107e tako\u0111er.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kola\u010d je jo\u0161 so\u010dniji ako ga nakapate sirupom koji \u0107ete dobiti tako da stavite 200 g \u0161e\u0107era i 200 ml vode na vatru dok se \u0161e\u0107er na otopi i ostavite da se sirup malo prohladi. Nakapan sirupom ovaj kola\u010d bude toliko so\u010dan i mekan da \u0107ete se odu\u0161eviti okusom.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ja ga volim posuti \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu, no bilo koja glazura \u0107e biti jednako dobra. Mo\u017eete je raditi od \u010dokolade, karamela, \u0161e\u0107era u prahu, limuna i sl.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bo\u017ei\u0107ni kola\u010d sa suhim vo\u0107em najradije poslu\u017eim uz popodnevnu kavu kada se sva obitelj okupi za stolom. Kuhajte dok se \u0161e\u0107er ne otopi (nekoliko minuta), maknite s vatre i ostavite na sobnoj temperaturi da se ohladi do kraja.<\/li>\n<li>Ostatak sirupa spremite u zatvorenoj posudi u hladnjak i potro\u0161ite unutar 7 dana.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>KOLA\u010c<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Suhe brusnice, gro\u017e\u0111ice i smokve iskidane na komadi\u0107e prelijte vrelim mlijekom i \u017elicom ruma. Ostavite pola sata sa strane.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu upalite na 180 stupnjeva. Pripremite kalup za tortu promjera 26 cm. Kalup namastite i pobra\u0161nite.<\/li>\n<li>Maslac i \u0161e\u0107er pjenasto izradite. Dodajte im aromu vanilije i nastavite miksati dok se sve ne pove\u017ee.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte jaje po jaje sobne temperature miksaju\u0107i izme\u0111u svakog dodavanja.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, sol, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i kardamom. Dodajte nasjeckane orahe i suho vo\u0107e koje ste procijedili.<\/li>\n<li>Sada postepeno (\u017elicu po \u017elicu) dodajte suhe sastojke smjesi s jajima.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu izlijte u kalup i poravnajte povr\u0161inu.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite 50-60 minuta, odnosno dok \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u010deni kola\u010d pokapajte s pripremljenim sirupom.
