Ako volite linzer keksi\u0107e, ovu tortu \u0107ete voljeti jo\u0161 vi\u0161e.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tijesto joj je predivno, prhko, aromati\u010dno&#8230;\u00a0 punjenje od marmelade od malina, rustikalna re\u0161etka od tijesta i listi\u0107i badema&#8230; jednostavno savr\u0161eno!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Recept je iz mamine stare kuharice, mislim da je ta kuharica u na\u0161oj obitelji du\u017ee od mene. Sje\u0107am se da sam je kao dijete znala listati satima i upijati svako slovo. I taj prepoznatljivi miris otisnutog papira&#8230; u tome mi se krije ne\u0161to posebno lijepo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Za ovaj recept vam ne treba znanje izrade tijesta, ja sve radim pomo\u0107u dresir vre\u0107ice, pa i re\u0161etku. Pripremite kalup za tortu ili za tart promjera 24 cm. Na dno kalupa stavite papir za pe\u010denje, rubove namastite kako se tijesto ne bi zalijepilo.<\/li>\n<li>U posudu od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili obi\u010dnu posudu stavite maslac i \u0161e\u0107er u prahu pa ih pjenasto izradite.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte prstohvat soli i jaje pa mikserom sve pove\u017eite u jednoli\u010dnu smjesu.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, mljevene bademe, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i cimet pa ih dodajte smjesi s maslacem.<\/li>\n<li>Izradite tijesto. Bit \u0107e ljepljivo.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto prebacite u dresir vre\u0107icu s okruglim nastavkom (Wilton 1A) pa kru\u017enim pokretima popunite dno kalupa. Pomo\u0107u vre\u0107ice istisnite tijesto uz sami rub (obrubite cijeli krug) kako bi dobili viso\u010diji rub od podloge.<\/li>\n<li>Na tijesto postavite marmeladu.<\/li>\n<li>Na dresir vre\u0107icu postavite zvjezdasti nastavak \u0161irine do 5 milimetara (Wilton 1M) pa istisnite tijesto u oblik re\u0161etke.
