Ovaj kola\u010d je ujedno i jedan od najomiljenijih kola\u010da koji se poslu\u017euju za Bo\u017ei\u0107, ali i kroz cijeli prosinac.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Osim po divnoj kombinaciji suhog vo\u0107a i marcipana, poznat je i po svom karakteristi\u010dnom obliku kao i obilnom sloju \u0161e\u0107era u prahu kojim se posipa. Zaista je poseban u svakom pogledu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Stollen mo\u017eete raditi s kandiranim vo\u0107em ili ga zamijeniti nekim od suhih vrsta poput brusnica i sl. Tako\u0111er, umjesto marcipana mo\u017eete koristiti sjeckani olju\u0161teni badem ili dodatnu koli\u010dinu suhog vo\u0107a, po \u017eelji.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Za jo\u0161 bolji dojam, \u0161e\u0107er u prahu mo\u017eete posuti dva puta i tako dobiti deblji bijeli sloj na povr\u0161ini stollena. Recept je za dvije \u0161truce stollena, no mo\u017eete napraviti i tri manje.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Osim na sve\u010danom blagdanskom stolu, stollen je predivan poklon prijateljima ili obitelji. Zamotajte ga u fini papir i zave\u017eite ukrasnom vrpcom. Prekrijte i ostavite da odstoji preko no\u0107i.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0U zasebnu posudu stavite suhi kvasac, preostalo mlijeko (115 g) koje ste ugrijali da bude mlako (do 35 stupnjeva) te 65 grama bra\u0161na koje ste odvojili od ukupne koli\u010dine bra\u0161na. Sve dobro promije\u0161ajte pa poklopite prozirnom folijom. Ostavite na toplom 45 minuta. Kvas vam treba imati spu\u017evastu strukturu prije kori\u0161tenja.<\/li>\n<li>Sada u posudu od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili obi\u010dnu posudu stavite bra\u0161no, \u0161e\u0107er, sol, cimet i naribanu koricu limuna. Dodajte uzdigli kvas, jaje i maslac sobne temperature pa nastavkom za tijesto na mikseru pove\u017eite sve sastojke. Dodajte smjesu namo\u010denog vo\u0107a i nastavite izra\u0111ivati tijesto mikserom na srednjoj brzini. Tijesto mo\u017eete izraditi i ru\u010dno na pobra\u0161njenoj podlozi. Za ovaj korak \u0107e vam trebati od 6-10 minuta. Po potrebi dodajte malo bra\u0161na, tijesto treba biti mekano, ali ne ljepljivo.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto prebacite u lagano nauljenu posudu i prekrijte prozirnom folijom. Ostavite na toplom sat vremena.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>FORMIRANJE I PE\u010cENJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Nakon sat vremena tijesto prebacite na pobra\u0161njenu radnu podlogu. Podijelite ga na dva dijela. Svaki dio razvaljajte na pribli\u017ene dimenzije 20 x 15 cm. Na sredinu tijesta uzdu\u017eno postavite marcipan. Preklopite tijesto tako da preklapate du\u017eu stranu. Stranu na kojoj se ne nalaze preklopljeni krajevi mo\u017eete lagano pritisnuti valjkom kako bi dobili jo\u0161 prepoznatljiviji oblik stollena.<\/li>\n<li>Oba oblikovana tijesta postavite na lim za pe\u010denje koji ste oblo\u017eili papirom za pe\u010denje. Pazite da imate dovoljan razmak izme\u0111u stollena. Mo\u017eete ih pe\u0107i i odvojeno.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto lagano nauljite uljem u spreju (ili tankim slojem rastopljenog maslaca) pa prekrijte prozirnom folijom. Ostavite na toplom 1-2 sata, odnosno dok se ne uduplaju.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 180 stupnjeva. Stollen pecite 35 &#8211; 45 minuta. Povr\u0161ina \u0107e mu biti sme\u0111e boje kada se ispe\u010de.<\/li>\n<li>Stollen odmah prema\u017eite rastopljenim maslacem i obilno pospite \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.<\/li>\n<li>Ostavite da se ohladi prije poslu\u017eivanja.<\/li>\n<li>Stolen spremite u zatvorenu kutiju i potro\u0161ite unutar 7 dana.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ako volite intenzivniji okus i miris ruma, tada vo\u0107e mo\u017eete namakati u \u010distom rumu ili pove\u0107ati udio ruma, a smanjiti koli\u010dinu mlijeka.<\/li>\n<li>Kandirano vo\u0107e mo\u017eete zamijeniti suhim brusnicama, malinama i sl.
