Izvana je pjenasta i prozra\u010dna dok u unutra\u0161njosti skriva kiselkastu notu lemon curda i nje\u017enu kremu od mascarponea i vanilije. Biskvit joj je oboga\u0107en limunom i divno je mekan, ba\u0161 kako treba biti.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Limunasti tonovi ove torte su naprosto to dye for.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Biskvit je jedan od mojih najdra\u017eih, mo\u017eete ga koristiti za razne torte, nadodati mu vaniliju, naran\u010du i sl. Jednostavan je za izradu i uvijek uspije. Pazite samo da su vam svi sastojci sobne temperature.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ujedno, ovo je najjednostavniji lemon curd koji \u0107ete ikada napraviti, vjerujte mi. Kada vidite koliko je jednostavan ovaj slatko kiseli namaz \u0107ete pripremati svako malo. Ako imate termometar mo\u017eete raditi i italian merinque.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ako nemate brener onda taj korak sa spaljivanjem povr\u0161ine torte samo prahu<\/li>\n<li>2 \u017eli\u010dice arome vanilije<\/li>\n<li>200 ml vrhnja za \u0161lag<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>SWISS MERINGUE<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>160 g bjelanjka (od 4 velika jaja)<\/li>\n<li>300 g \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 \u017eli\u010dice cream of tartar ili limunovog soka<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>PRIPREMA<\/h5>\n<p>BISKVIT<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu upalite na 180 stupnjeva. Pripremite tri kalupa za tortu promjera 20 centimetara. Dno oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje, a rubove namastite.<\/li>\n<li>Maslac sobne temperature i \u0161e\u0107er pjenasto izradite. Dodajte koricu limuna.<\/li>\n<li>Sada dodajte jaja dodaju\u0107i jaje po jaje i miksaju\u0107i izme\u0111u svakog dodavanja.<\/li>\n<li>Dodaje sok limuna i sve izmije\u0161ajte.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak i sol. Dodajte pola koli\u010dine, izmiksajte laganom brzinom pa dodajte mlijeko.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte preostalo bra\u0161no i sve pove\u017eite mikserom na laganoj brzini.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu ravnomjerno podijelite u pripremljene kalupe.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite 30- 35 minuta, odnosno dok vam \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Biskvite ostavite u kalupu 10 minuta pa ih izvadite na re\u0161etku za hla\u0111enje da se ohlade do kraja.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>LEMON CURD<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U lonac s debljim dnom stavite jaja i \u0161e\u0107er, pjenja\u010dom ih razmutite. Dodajte preostale sastojke (koricu i sok limuna i maslac).<\/li>\n<li>Sve stavite na srednje jaku vatru. Mije\u0161ajte cijelo vrijeme. Nakon nekoliko minuta krema \u0107e se zgusnuti. Gusto\u0107u provjerite tako da kremu izvadite na \u017elicu, po sredini pre\u0111ite prstom, ako se krema ne spaja ve\u0107 ostaje razdvojena va\u0161 curd je spreman.<\/li>\n<li>Prebacite ga u \u010distu posudu, prekrijte prozirnom folijom i ohladite na sobnoj temperaturi do kori\u0161tenja.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>KREMA OD MASCARPONEA I VANILIJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Ovu kremu mo\u017eete napraviti prije samog slaganja torte.<\/li>\n<li>Mascarpone stavite u posudu od miksera te ga mikserom izradite.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte preostale sastojke (\u0161e\u0107er u prahu, vaniliju i vrhnje za \u0161lag).\u00a0 Izradite mikserom dok ne postignete kompaktnu kremu. Dovoljno je nekoliko minuta miksanja. Pazite da vam vrhnje bude hladno prije kori\u0161tenja.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SWISS MERINQUE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Merinque napravite prije samog kori\u0161tenja.<\/li>\n<li>Bjelanjke sobne temperature i \u0161e\u0107er stavite u posudu od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili u posudu otpornu na toplinu.<\/li>\n<li>U lonac s debljim dnom stavite vodu i pustite da zakuha, na lonac postavite posudu s bjelanjcima i \u0161e\u0107erom paze\u0107i da ne uranja u kipu\u0107u vodu.<\/li>\n<li>Bjelanjke i \u0161e\u0107er cijelo vrijeme mije\u0161ajte pjenja\u010dom dok se sav \u0161e\u0107er ne otopi. Trebat \u0107e vam nekoliko minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Posudu maknite s pare, pobri\u0161ite joj dno. Bjelanjcima dodajte cream of tartar ili \u017eli\u010dicu limunovog soka pa miksajte na najja\u010doj brzini dok ne postignete sjajnu i \u010dvrstu merinqueu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SLAGANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Na pladanj za poslu\u017eivanje postavite biskvit (okrenite ga obrnuto od pe\u010denja kako bi vam gornja strana bila \u0161to ravnija).<\/li>\n<li>U slasti\u010darsku vre\u0107icu sa srednje velikim otvorom ( do 2 cm) stavite dio kreme od mascarponea.<\/li>\n<li>Biskvit prema\u017eite tanjim slojem kreme od mascarponea i vanilije. Rub premazanog biskvita obrubite s kremom od mascarponea koriste\u0107i slasti\u010darsku vre\u0107icu.<\/li>\n<li>Sada vam je unutra\u0161njost ostala neispunjena. U nju stavite lemon curd paze\u0107i da vam obrubljeni dio bude okvir.<\/li>\n<li>Postavite drugi biskvit (tako\u0111er obrnuto od pe\u010denja). Sada ponovite jednak postupak kao i kod prvog biskvita. Lagani sloj kreme, obrub od kreme i u sredini lemon curd.<\/li>\n<li>Postavite i tre\u0107i biskvit (obrnuto od pe\u010denja) pa cijelu tortu prema\u017eite preostalom kremom od mascarponea.<\/li>\n<li>Tortu stavite u hladnjak na sat vremena da se stisne prije nego je ukrasite s merinqueom.<\/li>\n<li>Nakon \u0161to se ohladila, tortu oblo\u017eite merinqueom pomo\u0107u \u0161patule. Na tortu samo stavljate meringue koja \u0107e ostati kako je postavite, ne morate je zagla\u0111ivati, samo popunite sve praznine.<\/li>\n<li>Za kraj merinque spalite brenerom kako bi postigli zape\u010dene vrhove.
