Predstavlja pravi primjer mediteranske kuhinje. U svom sastavu sadr\u017ei maslinovo ulje, ru\u017emarin i krupnu morsku sol. Puna je okusa i mirisa i ja je najradije jedem samu. Ako ste je probali, znate o \u010demu govorim.<\/p>\n<p>Ovo je originalni recept za foccaciu. Ovako su je nara\u0161tajima spremale talijanske \u017eene. Foccacia je postala popularna diljem svijeta i danas se radi s razli\u010ditim namirnicama. Jedne od mojih najra\u017eih kombinacija su foccacia sa su\u0161enim cherry raj\u010dicama, sa karameliziranim lukom ili ona sa \u010de\u0161njakom i mediteranskim za\u010dinima.<\/p>\n<p>Ipak, odlu\u010dila sam se prvo za pravi, autohtoni recept. Sve ostalo mo\u017eete sami kombinirati, ovisno o \u017eeljama.<\/p>\n<p>Prilikom izrade ove talijanske poga\u010de obratite pa\u017enju na premazivanje maslinovim uljem. To je jedan od va\u017enijih koraka. Ujedno, ru\u017emarin koristite svje\u017ei ako mo\u017eete. Ja ga imam posa\u0111enog u teglici na balkonu, predivno izgleda kao ukras, a koristim ga i u jelima. Dodajte kvasac, sol i \u0161e\u0107er. Drvenom kuha\u010dom promije\u0161ajte sastojke.<\/li>\n<li>Vodu ugrijte da bude mlaka, pazite da ne bude vru\u0107a pa u nju ulijte maslinovo ulje.<\/li>\n<li>Vodu s maslinovim uljem uspite u posudu s bra\u0161nom i drvenom kuha\u010dom izradite tijesto.<\/li>\n<li>Kada su vam se svi sastojci povezali, tijesto prebacite na pobra\u0161njenu radnu podlogu i zamjesite ga. Ako niste sigurni kako zamijesiti tijesto, pod Tips &amp; Tricks vam donosim kratki opis.<\/li>\n<li>Posudu u kojoj \u0107e vam se dizati tijesto prema\u017eite maslinovim uljem. Tijesto formirajte u kuglu pa ga prebacite u posudu. Prema\u017eite i njega maslinovim uljem i posudu prekrijte prozirnom folijom. Ostavite na toplom mjestu da se udvostru\u010di. Trebat \u0107e vam oko sat vremena.<\/li>\n<li>Lim za pe\u010denje (onaj koji dobijete s pe\u0107nicom) prema\u017eite s maslinovim uljem. Trebat \u0107e vam otprilike 50 ml ulja. Tijesto prebacite na lim, rukama ga razvucite tako da prekrije cijeli lim.<\/li>\n<li>Prstima po tijestu radite udubine. Ne trebaju biti idealno raspore\u0111ene, bitno je da tijesto ravnomjerno ubodete. Prema\u017eite ga sa 50 ml maslinovog ulja i prekrijte prozirnom folijom. Ostavite ga po strani sat vremena.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 200 stupnjeva. Tijesto pospite krupnom soli. U svaku rupicu ubodite nekoliko listi\u0107a ru\u017emarina.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite 25-30 minuta, odnosno dok korica focaccie ne porumeni.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Kako zamijesiti tijesto? Kada se svi sastojci pove\u017eu u posudi, tada tijesto prebacite na pobra\u0161njenu radnu podlogu.Tijesto mijesite tako da dlanom pritisnete sredinu tijesta, razvu\u010dete rukom tijesto lagano prema jednom kraju, vratite (preklopite) ga nazad i to ponavljate uzastopno 5 minuta. Neka vam pokreti budu brzi. Slobodno upotrijebite dvije ruke. Kada primjetite da je tijesto upilo svo bra\u0161no, odnosno da je ljepljivo, dodajte mu malo bra\u0161na i nastavite mijesiti.
