Kada vam dolaze goste ili kada jednostavno \u017eelite napraviti brz i jednostavan desert, souffle je idealan odabir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Souffle mo\u017eete raditi u slanoj verziji ili slatkoj. Mo\u017ee biti oboga\u0107en raznim za\u010dinima, \u010dajevima i aromama ili ga mo\u017eete poslu\u017eiti u klasi\u010dnoj \u010dokoladnoj varijanti, meni najdra\u017eoj.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Souffle svoju divnu teksturu duguje tu\u010denim bjelanjcima, a okus bogatoj \u010dokoladi. SAMOG VRHA POSUDICE)<\/h6>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5>SASTOJCI<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>300 g tamne \u010dokolade (min. 60% kakaa)<\/li>\n<li>3 \u017eumanjka<\/li>\n<li>15 g gustina (\u0161krobno bra\u0161no)<\/li>\n<li>300 ml mlijeko<\/li>\n<li>90 g \u0161e\u0107era (40 g za kremu + 50 g za meringue)<\/li>\n<li>8 bjelanjaka (320 g) sobne temperature<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>DODATNO<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>maslac sobne temperature za premazivanje posudica<\/li>\n<li>\u0161e\u0107er za posipanje posudica<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>PRIPREMA<\/h5>\n<p>PRIPREMA POSUDICA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Posudice prema\u017eite maslacem tako da kistom na kojem se nalazi maslac radite pokrete od unutra prema van posudice.<\/li>\n<li>Premazane posudice stavite u hladnjak na 15 minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Nakon 15 minuta posudice izvadite iz hladnjaka i ponovite postupak s premazivanjem.<\/li>\n<li>Nakon \u0161to ste posudice premazali i drugi put, pospite ih \u0161e\u0107erom paze\u0107i da se \u0161e\u0107er zadr\u017ei na stijenkama posudice jednako kao i na unutra\u0161njosti.<\/li>\n<li>Posudice odlo\u017eite po strani. Pripremite lim za pe\u010denje na koji \u0107ete ih poslo\u017eiti.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>IZRADA SOUFFLE-a<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu upalite na 190 stupnjeva.<\/li>\n<li>\u010cokoladu iskidajte na sitne komadi\u0107e i stavite po strani.<\/li>\n<li>Mlijeko stavite grijati do vrenja. Za to vrijeme pjenja\u010dom kratko i energi\u010dno stucite \u017eumanjke s 40 g \u0161e\u0107era pa potom i \u0161krobnim bra\u0161nom.<\/li>\n<li>Ugrijano mlijeko u tankom mlazu dodajite \u017eumanjcima uz stalno mije\u0161anje pjenja\u010dom. Kada ste sve mlijeko dodali, smjesu vratite u lonac koji ste stavili na srednje jaku vatru. Mije\u0161ajte dok vam se smjesa ne zgusne, dovoljno je par minuta. Maknite s vatre pa dodajte komadi\u0107e \u010dokolade i mije\u0161ajte dok se ne sjedine sa smjesom.<\/li>\n<li>Ukuhanu kremu odmah prebacite u drugu posudu i prekrijte prozirnom folijom kako bi sprije\u010dili nastajanje korice.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Bjelanjke sobne temperature miksajte mikserom po\u010dev\u0161i od najlaganije prema najve\u0107oj brzini. Nakon pola minute dodajte 1\/3 \u0161e\u0107era, miksajte minutu pa dodajte drugu tre\u0107inu \u0161e\u0107era, nastavite miksati minutu pa dodajte preostalu tre\u0107inu \u0161e\u0107era. Miksajte dok vam se ne formira snijeg od bjelanjaka. Pazite da bjelanjke ne pretu\u010dete, snijeg vam treba biti mekan i pjenast.<\/li>\n<li>Snijeg dodajte tako\u0111er iz tri intervala. Prvu tre\u0107inu snijega dodajte i promije\u0161ajte naglo i energi\u010dno.<\/li>\n<li>Drugu tre\u0107inu snijega dodajte mije\u0161aju\u0107i \u0161patulom lagano i nje\u017eno davaju\u0107i dovoljno vremena bjelanjcima da se sjedine sa smjesom bez da im se ispu\u0161e zrak. \u0160patulom radite kru\u017ene pokrete od unutra prema van, usporeno i polako.<\/li>\n<li>Kada ste dobili jednoli\u010dnu smjesu dodajte i zadnju tre\u0107inu bjelanjaka na jednak na\u010din kao i prethodnu, mije\u0161aju\u0107i polaganim kru\u017enim pokretima.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>PRAVILNO PUNJENJE POSUDICA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Posudicu napunite do vrha. Pomo\u0107u ravne \u0161patule za kreme ili no\u017ea poravnajte vrh. Smjesa vam treba biti ravna a posudica ispunjena do samog vrha.<\/li>\n<li>Sada porubite rub posudice koriste\u0107i se vrhom prsta. Ovako \u0107e vam souffle ravnomjerno rasti prilikom pe\u010denja.<\/li>\n<li>Posudice poslo\u017eite na lim za pe\u010denje i pecite 13- 15 minuta za manje, ili 20-25 minuta za ve\u0107e posudice.<\/li>\n<li>Lim oprezno izvadite iz pe\u0107nice, a souffle poslu\u017eite jo\u0161 topal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Bjelanjci vam trebaju biti sobne temperature.<\/li>\n<li>Posudice za souffle prema\u017eite maslacem u tankom sloju oba puta.<\/li>\n<li>Da bi lak\u0161e dodali mlijeko smjesi sa \u017eumanjcima i \u0161e\u0107erom, ispod posude postavite kuhinjsku krpu koja \u0107e sprije\u010diti &#8220;\u0161etanje&#8221; posude po radnoj povr\u0161ini.<\/li>\n<li>Koristite punomasno mlijeko za bogatiji okus soufflea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Na listi omiljenih slastica souffle mi se nalazi na samom vrhu.
