Mekana, mirisna peciva prepuna okusa, punjena komadi\u0107ima \u010dokolade, gro\u017e\u0111ica ili prazna. Tako ih je lijepo opisala da sam ih odlu\u010dila istra\u017eiti.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Boller peciva su ra\u0111ena od mlijeka, bra\u0161na, maslaca, jaja i za\u010dina. Miris kardamoma je ono \u0161to ih \u010dini prepoznatljivima.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Boller sam radila tri puta, i iako su sve verzije ukusne i mekane, tek sam s ovom zadnjom bila zadovoljna. Ja sam ih radila s gro\u017e\u0111icama i posula \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017eete ih prepoloviti i namazati maslacem ili namazom po \u017eelji. Trebat \u0107e vam otprilike 4 minute miksanja.<\/li>\n<li>Maslac iskidajte na kockice. Dodajte kockicu po kockicu miksaju\u0107i izme\u0111u svakog dodavanja. Miksajte oko 2 minute.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Ako \u0107ete raditi boller peciva s dodatkom (\u010dokolada ili gro\u017e\u0111ice) sada ih dodajte i jo\u0161 kratko izmiksajte smjesu kako bi se sve povezalo.<\/li>\n<li>Kada ste dobili sjajno i mekano tijesto prebacite ga u posudu koju ste lagano nauljili. Posudu prekrijte prozirnom folijom i ostavite na toplom da se tijesto udvostru\u010di, oko 1 sat.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>OBLIKOVANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Tijesto prebacite na pobra\u0161njenu radnu podlogu te ga rukama pritisnite kako bi iza\u0161ao vi\u0161ak zraka.<\/li>\n<li>Reza\u010dem za tijesto ili no\u017eem iskidajte 12 jednakih komada. Moja boller peciva te\u017ee 85 grama.<\/li>\n<li>Svaki komad oblikujte u kuglu pa ga prebacite na lim na koji ste postavili papir za pe\u010denje. Napravite razmak izme\u0111u oblikovanog tijesta kako bi mogao dodatno narasti bez da se spoji sa susjednim pecivom.<\/li>\n<li>Oblikovane bollere prekrijte prozirnom folijom i ostavite jo\u0161 45 minuta da narastu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>PE\u010cENJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 220 stupnjeva.<\/li>\n<li>Svaki komad tijesta prema\u017eite razmu\u0107enim jajem.<\/li>\n<li>Boller peciva pecite 12 minuta, odnosno dok vam ne poprime lijepu rumenu boju.<\/li>\n<li>Tek pe\u010dena peciva prema\u017eite s rastopljenim maslacem.<\/li>\n<li>Kada se ohlade pospite ih \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu, po \u017eelji.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Moja draga susjeda Kristina se vratila iz Norve\u0161ke odu\u0161evljena njihovim boller pecivima.
