Ako ga do sada niste radili mo\u017ee vam djelovati komplicirano po slici, ali je toliko jednostavan da \u0107ete ga obo\u017eavati raditi jednako koliko i jesti.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pull apart naziv dolazi od samog na\u010dina izrade. Tijesto se razvalja i potom izre\u017ee na komade. Komadi tijesta se spoje i kruh se takav pe\u010de. Poprili\u010dno zanimljivo, zar ne?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pull apart kruh izvan izgleda predivno. Kao da se dekorirao u nekom rustikalnom stilu. Mo\u017ee li bloger po\u017eeljeti vi\u0161e? Jednako divno izgleda i cijeli stol na kojem \u0107ete ga servirati. A tek iznutra, spojeno pjenasto tijesto presje\u010deno slatkim nadjevom. Fantazija!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ja sam kruh nadjenula kockicama jabuke, sme\u0111im \u0161e\u0107erom i cimetom. Jabuke mo\u017eete zamijeniti ora\u0161astim plodovima, ja volim koristiti orahe. Mo\u017eete ga nadjenuti i bundevom ili \u010dokoladom. Promije\u0161ajte.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte bra\u0161no i sol. Koristite nastavak za izradu tijesta (na elektri\u010dnom ili obi\u010dnom mikseru) kako bi povezali sastojke.<\/li>\n<li>\u010cim su se sastojci povezali dodajte razmu\u0107eno jaje. Miksajte oko 4 minute.<\/li>\n<li>Maslac sobne temperature iskidajte na sitne kockice. Postepeno dodajte kockice maslaca miksaju\u0107i cijelo vrijeme.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto nastavite izra\u0111ivati mikserom jo\u0161 nekoliko minuta, dok ne postane glatko i podatno. Treba se odvajati od stijenki posude. Po potrebi mo\u017eete dodati malo bra\u0161na.<\/li>\n<li>Nauljite posudu za dizanje tijesta te ga prebacite u nju. Posudu pokrijte prozirnom folijom pa je ostavite na toplom sat vremena, odnosno dok se tijesto ne udvostru\u010di.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>FORMIRANJE KRUHA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Jabuku o\u010distite i iskidajte na sitne kockice. Dodajte joj limunov sok, \u017elicu \u0161e\u0107era (od ukupne koli\u010dine za nadjev) i mu\u0161katni ora\u0161\u010di\u0107. Ostavite po strani. Preostali \u0161e\u0107er pomije\u0161ajte s cimetom.<\/li>\n<li>Na pobra\u0161njenoj podlo\u017ei razvaljajte tijesto tako da vam bude debelo oko 1 centimetar. Dimenzije mog tijesta su 30 x 45 cm. Tijesto prema\u017eite omek\u0161alim maslacem pa pospite mje\u0161avinom \u0161e\u0107era i cimeta.<\/li>\n<li>Kockice jabuke ravnomjerno poslo\u017eite po tijestu.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Iskidajte\u00a0 trake od tijesta \u0161irine 10 centimetara. Moje su bile duge oko 6 centimetara.<\/li>\n<li>Sada sla\u017eite iskidane komade tijesta jedan na drugi tako da suha strana tijesta bude polegnuta na onu stranu gdje se nalazi nadjev. Slo\u017eite tri po tri komada tijesta.<\/li>\n<li>Pripremite kalup za kruh koji ste oblo\u017eili papirom za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Komad tijesta (tri komada spojena) vodoravno postavite u kalup. Nastavite slagati do kraja kalupa.<\/li>\n<li>Kalup prekrijte prozirnom folijom i ostavite pola sata na toplom.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>PE\u010cENJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 180 stupnjeva.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Kruh pecite 30-35 minuta, odnosno dok vam ne poprimi lijepu rumenu boju.<\/li>\n<li>Tek pe\u010deni kruh prema\u017eite rastopljenim maslacem.
