Ako niste znali, u kalendar zabilje\u017eite 04. listopada kao dan kada ih nikako ne smijete propustiti, svake godine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u010cim malo zahladi ja ih obavezno pe\u010dem. Obo\u017eavam to mekano tijesto s maslacem, hrskavi \u0161e\u0107er i cimet. Cijeli stan mi poprimi neku toplu notu i taj miris cimeta&#8230; pa ima li i\u0161ta ljep\u0161e?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cimet rolice su jednostavne za izradu. Tijesto je mekano i podatno za valjanje. Trebate mu samo dati vremena da naraste i dobit \u0107ete najmekanije i najukusnije tijesto koje mo\u017eete koristiti za razne oblike\u00a0 punjenja.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>U dijelu s pripremom sam vam napisala dimenzije na koje ja razvla\u010dim tijesto kako vam rolice ne bi bile pretanke niti predebele. Ovaj dio je tako\u0111er bitan radi meko\u0107e tijesta i du\u017eine samog pe\u010denja.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cimet rolice se tradicionalno rade tako da se razvaljano tijesto pospe mje\u0161avinom \u0161e\u0107era i cimeta. Dodajte im jaje i koricu limuna. Mikserom sve dobro pove\u017eite.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, suhi kvasac i sol pa ih dodajte smjesi maslaca, \u0161e\u0107era i jaja.<\/li>\n<li>Dodaje mlako mlijeko pa nastavkom za tijesto zamijesite tijesto.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto prebacite na pobra\u0161njenu radnu podlogu te ga nastavite mijesiti dok vam ne postane glatko i prestane se lijepiti. Mijesite ga najmanje 7 minuta. Po potrebi dodajte malo bra\u0161na.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto prebacite u lagano nauljenu posudu te ga prekrijte prozirnom folijom.<\/li>\n<li>Ostavite na toplom dok se ne udvostru\u010di (sat i 30 minuta do dva sata).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>OBLIKOVANJE CIMET ROLICA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Nakon \u0161to se udvostru\u010dilo tijesto pritisnite \u0161akom kako bi se &#8220;ispuhalo&#8221;. Prebacite ga na pobra\u0161njenu radnu podlogu. Razvaljate ga na dimenziju 45 x 25 cm. Tijesto bi vam trebalo biti visoko oko 1,5 cm.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto prema\u017eite maslacem sobne temperature\u00a0te pospite mje\u0161avinom \u0161e\u0107era i cimeta.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto zarolajte tako da rolate \u0161iru stranu. Nemojte prejako pritiskati tijesto.<\/li>\n<li>No\u017eem izre\u017eite cimet rolice na debljinu od 3 &#8211; 3,5 centimetra.<\/li>\n<li>Pripremite lim za pe\u010denje na koji ste postavili papir za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Poslo\u017eite cimet rolice rade\u0107i razmak izme\u0111u svake (narasti \u0107e stajanjem i pe\u010denjem). Neka vam razmak bude oko 4 cm. Sla\u017eite ih tako da vam na padeli i gore bude spiralna strana (ona na kojoj se vidi zarolano tijesto).<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Prozirnom folijom prekrijte padelu s poslo\u017eenim cimet rolicama.<\/li>\n<li>Ostavite na toplom 1 sat kako bi dodatno narasle. Ako \u017eelite, cimet rolice mo\u017eete spremiti u hladnjak i dr\u017eati ih do 3 dana. U tom slu\u010daju ih izvadite najmanje 2 do 3 sata prije pe\u010denja i ostavite na sobnoj temperaturi kako bi tijesto moglo narasti.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>PE\u010cENJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 180 stupnjeva.<\/li>\n<li>Cimet rolice pecite 20-25 minuta, odnosno dok vam ne poprime lijepu rumenu boju.<\/li>\n<li>Ohladite ih 10-ak minuta pa ih prelijte \u0161e\u0107ernom glazurom, po \u017eelji.<\/li>\n<li>Za \u0161e\u0107ernu glazuru \u0161e\u0107eru u prahu dodajte mlijeko i promije\u0161ajte dok se \u0161e\u0107er ne rastopi i ne dobijete jednoli\u010dnu smjesu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Znate li da se danas obilje\u017eava dan cimet rolica?
