Mac and cheese je toliko popularan da, ako ga niste jeli, sigurno ste \u010duli za njega.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Makaroni u savr\u0161eno kremastom umaku od sira, zape\u010deni u pe\u0107nici, s hrskavom povr\u0161inom. Ovo jelo je u\u017eitak!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Po\u010detkom 20. stolje\u0107a mac and cheese se proslavio u Americi. Osim sto se po\u010deo pojavljivati u raznim kuharicama, iza\u0161la je i njegova instant verzija u kutiji. Jelo je zadr\u017ealo svoju kremastu strukturu, bilo je gotovo za tren i dostupno svima. Ovo se pokazalo kao dobitna kombinacija.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ubrzo je postalo jedno od najpoznatijih jela Amerike. Ja ga volim jer sadr\u017ei moja dva omiljena sastojka- tjesteninu i sir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mac and cheese u pravilu mo\u017eete raditi i s drugom vrstom tjestenine. Bitno je da birate \u0161uplju tjesteninu koja \u0107e zadr\u017eati umak u sebi. Meni su makaroni daleko najdra\u017ei, ipak pri\u010damo o mac and cheeseu, zar ne?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ja kombiniram dvije vrste sira. Cheddar mi je obavezan i bez njega mi to definitivno nije to. Drugu vrstu sira mo\u017eete prilagoditi va\u0161im \u017eeljama. Mo\u017eete koristiti neki od mekanih vrsta, mo\u017eete koristiti tvrde sireve, mozzarellu itd. Ja uglavnom koristim gaudu, podravec i sl.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Zape\u010di ili ne zape\u010di? Definitivno zape\u010di! U pe\u0107nici se svi okusi dodatno pove\u017eu i dobijete divnu zlatnu koricu na vrhu. Ali, ako vam se \u017euri ili ne \u017eelite paliti pe\u0107nicu, mac and cheese mo\u017eete i poslu\u017eiti bez da ga prethodno zape\u010dete.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ja povr\u0161inu volim posuti s malo kru\u0161nih mrvica. Ovako se radi i u originalnom receptu. Kru\u0161ne mrvice pomognu da se postigne ta hrskava povr\u0161ina. Vi mo\u017eete i ne morate. Tako\u0111er, mo\u017eete poja\u010dati kru\u0161ne mrvice s dvije \u017elice na \u010detiri, mo\u017eete ih pomije\u0161ati s parmezanom i tako posuti. Obje vrste sira naribajte i ostavite po strani.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu upalite na 180 stupnjeva i priprmite posudu za pe\u010denje dimenzija 25 x 40 cm.<\/li>\n<li>U lonac s debljim dnom stavite maslac. Neka vam vatra bude srednje jaka.<\/li>\n<li>Kada se maslac krene topiti dodajte bra\u0161no i mije\u0161ajte dvije minute, odnosno dok vam bra\u0161no ne poprimi blago rumenu boju.<\/li>\n<li>Postepeno dodajte zagrijano mlijeko uz stalno mije\u0161anje. Dodajte za\u010dine (sol, bijeli papar i mu\u0161katni ora\u0161\u010di\u0107).<\/li>\n<li>Sada dodajte obje vrste naribanog sira i mije\u0161ajte dok se potpuno ne rastope.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>MAKARONI<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U me\u0111uvremenu stavite grijati vodu u novi lonac. Posolite.<\/li>\n<li>Kada voda zakuha dodajte makarone.<\/li>\n<li>Kuhajte ih oko 3 minute, dovoljno je da budu napola skuhani.<\/li>\n<li>Procijedite (nikako ne ispirati) i dodajte umaku od sira. Dobro promije\u0161ajte.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>PE\u0106NICA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Makarone sa sirom prebacite u posudu za pe\u010denje.
