To su kola\u010di iz djetinjstva. Kola\u010di koje mo\u017eete prona\u0107i u skoro svakoj kuharici, maminim starim bilje\u017enicama ili na policama trgovina. Kola\u010di za koje svi znaju.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mramorni kola\u010d je definitivno jedan od njih. Za njega me ve\u017eu neke lijepe uspomene. Sje\u0107am se da sam ga prvi put radila djedu za ro\u0111endan. Bila sam dijete, a mramorni je bio prvi kola\u010d koji sam napravila bez pomo\u0107i mame i to u potpunoj tajnosti kako bi ostao iznena\u0111enje.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jo\u0161 uvijek ga radim po istom receptu, onom iz mamine stare bilje\u017enice. Volim ga napraviti nedjeljom, tako da ga imamo za nave\u010der uz film i ujutro za doru\u010dak. Pogotovo kada su nam jutra u\u017eurbana i puna obaveza. Ba\u0161 poput ovih u rujnu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kod mramornog kola\u010da volim tu kombinaciju bijelo-\u010dokoladnog biskvita i njegovu prozra\u010dnost. Volim kad se &#8220;topi&#8221; u ustima. I taj \u0161e\u0107er u prahu na vrhu. S njim uvijek pretjeram.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mramorni mo\u017eete raditi u razli\u010ditim kalupima. Mo\u017eete ga raditi u obliku kuglofa, poput mene. Pripremite \u017eeljeni kalup te ga namastite uljem u spreju ili omek\u0161alim maslacem u tankom sloju.<\/li>\n<li>Maslac i \u0161e\u0107er pjenasto izradite. Dodajte im \u017eumanje (jedan po jedan) miksaju\u0107i cijelo vrijeme.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesi dodajte mlijeko i bra\u0161no te sve pove\u017eite mikserom.<\/li>\n<li>Od bjelanjaka stucite snijeg te ga postepeno dodajte preostaloj smjesi. Umije\u0161ajte ga \u0161patulom ili mikserom na najmanjoj brzini.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu podijelite na dva dijela. U jedan dio dodajte kakao u prahu. Umije\u0161ajte ga kako bi vam smjesa bila jednoli\u010dna.<\/li>\n<li>\u017dlicom vadite jednu pa drugu smjesu ( \u017elica bijele pa \u017elica tamne smjese) kako bi vam biskvit bio pro\u0161aran (poput mramora). Ako radite kuglof i \u017eelite imati ravne linije u bijeloj i tamnoj boji, tada svaku smjesu stavite u svoju slast\u010darsku vre\u010dicu. Vre\u010dicama otkidajte dno te prvo jednu smjesu istisnite u svaki drugi utor u kalupu pa isto ponovite s drugom bojom.<\/li>\n<li>Mramorni kola\u010d pecite 35-40 minuta, odnosno dok vam \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Kola\u010d ostavite u kalupu 10-ak minuta pa ga potom prebacite na re\u0161etku za hla\u0111enje.<\/li>\n<li>Ohla\u0111en kola\u010d pospite \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu ili po \u017eelji.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Postoje ti klasici koje ne treba previ\u0161e opisivati.
