Ovaj rujan mi i miri\u0161e posebno lijepo. Miri\u0161e mi po li\u0161\u0107u, pokojoj ki\u0161i, orasima i medu. I jedva \u010dekam da zahladi i da potpuno prevaldaju zimski tonovi, arome i okusi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nakon dugog toplog ljeta zapo\u010deli smo\u00a0neku novu pri\u010du. Kiara je krenula u 5. razred, Grgo u vrti\u0107, a \u017deljko je oti\u0161ao na nekoliko mjeseci u Singapur. Kada sami prolazite adaptaciju djece tada vam duboko preporu\u010dam dozu ne\u010deg slatkog u danu. A ako imate dijete poput Grge pa vam adaptacija na vrti\u0107 ne ide kako ste zamislili, tada vam preporu\u010dam dvije doze slatkog u danu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Volite li smokve? Ja sam odrasla uz stabla smokava u skoro svakom vrtu u Dalmaciji. Ove godine sam ih nekako propustila pa sam odlu\u010dila da barem jedan recept bude s njima, da zaklju\u010dimo ovaj ljetni period. Ako niste ljubitelj smokava, tada ih zamijenite bilo kojim vo\u0107em koje volite.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Biskvit od meda. Divan, aromati\u010dan i mekan.\u00a0Nimalo te\u017eak ni presladak. Uz dodatak kardamoma, savr\u0161enstvo! Ovaj biskvit je sve \u0161to vam treba, vjerujte mi!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Chantilly krema mi je idealan izbor za ovakvu tortu. Najjednostavnija krema na svijetu. Vrhnje za \u0161lag uz dodatak arome vanilije i malo \u0161e\u0107era u prahu. I to je sva mudrost. Pazite samo da \u0161lag ne bude jako \u010dvrst, ve\u0107 lijepo mekan kako bi vam karamelizirani orasi upali u kremu i kako bi se lak\u0161e nanjela na tortu.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Karamelizirani orasi su gotovi za 5 minuta i savr\u0161eni su dodatak ovakvim tortama. Mo\u017eete ih pripremiti i kao grickalice i poslu\u017eiti u zdjelici. Sve \u0161to trebate je rastopiti maslac, dodati \u0161e\u0107er i orahe te mije\u0161ati nekoliko minuta dok se sav \u0161e\u0107er ne otopi i ne primi. Ovako mo\u017eete karamelizirati i ostale ora\u0161aste plodove. Pripremite kalup za tortu promjera 24 centimetra. Kalup oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje i namastite mu rubove.<\/li>\n<li>Maslac i \u0161e\u0107er mikserom pjenasto izradite. Dodajte med i aromu vanilije pa sve sjedinite.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte jaje po jaje miksaju\u0107i izme\u0111u svakog dodavanja.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo, kardamom i sol.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesi maslaca, \u0161e\u0107era i jaja dodajte pola koli\u010dine bra\u0161na i svo mlijeko. Mikserom na laganoj brzini sve izradite. Dodajte preostalo bra\u0161no pa i njega sjedinite sa smjesom.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto prebacite u pripremljen kalup.<\/li>\n<li>Biskvit pecite 35 &#8211; 40 minuta, odnosno dok vam \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Biskvit ostavite u kalupu 10-ak minuta pa ga prebacite na re\u0161etku za hla\u0111enje dok se ne ohladi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>CHANTILLY KREMA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sve sastojke stavite u posudu. Miksajte dok ne dobijete srednje \u010dvrsti \u0161lag. Pokrijte i spremite u hladnjak do ukra\u0161avanja torte.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>KANDIRANI ORASI<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U lonac s debljim dnom stavite maslac iskidan na kockice. Kada se maslac rastopi, odmah dodajte\u00a0\u0161e\u0107er i orahe. Neka vam vatra bude srednje jaka.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Cijelo vrijeme mije\u0161ajte. \u0160e\u0107er \u0107e se brzo rastopiti. Za ovo \u0107e vam trebati svega 5 minuta. Kada se \u0161e\u0107er potpuno rastopi i primi za orahe, lonac maknite s vatre.<\/li>\n<li>Kandirane orahe odmah prebacite na lim za pe\u010denje koji ste\u00a0oblo\u017eili papirom za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Kandirane orahe ostavite da se ohlade prije kori\u0161tenja. Po potrebi ih rukom dodatno razlomite.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SLAGANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Biskvit postavite na pladanj za poslu\u017eivanje. Povr\u0161inu biskvita prekrijte chantilly kremom.
