Nije pita iako joj jako nalikuje. Nije ni klasi\u010dna pizza, bogatijeg je nadjeva i hrskavijeg tijesta. Jedinstvena je izgledom i okusom.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Deep dish se, kako joj i samo ime govori, pe\u010de u dubokom kalupu, poput pite. \u010cesto je mo\u017eete na\u0107i i pod nazivom Chicago style pizza odakle je i potekla. Osmislio ju je Ike Sewell, tada\u0161nji vlasnik slavne pizzerie Uno. Danas se poslu\u017euje diljem Amerike, ali je i dalje ostala najprepoznatljivija pizza Chicaga.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Osim \u0161to se pe\u010de u dubokom kalupu, tijesto joj sadr\u017ei maslac te je hrskavije od tijesta kod klasi\u010dne\u00a0pizze. Mala koli\u010dina kukuruzne krupce, koja je obavezan sastojak tijesta tako\u0111er daje tu specifi\u010dnu hrskavost. Ja ga zape\u010dem 10-ak minuta prije nego dodam nadjev, kako bi se lijepo zapeklo sa svih strana.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nadjev se sastoji od mozzarelle, \u0161to vi\u0161e to bolje, kobasica i umaka od raj\u010dica. Deep dish pizzu mo\u017eete raditi i bez kobasica, poput mene. Tako\u0111er, pizza je divna uz dodatak nekog tvr\u0111eg sira kao \u0161to je parmenzan, ribanac i sl.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017eete raditi i varijantu s povr\u0107em pa nadodati sezonsko povr\u0107e po \u017eelji umjesto kobasica. Ako \u0107ete raditi klasi\u010dnu deep dish pizzu tada odaberite neku od tradicionalnih talijanskih vrsta kobasica. Prilagodite je va\u0161em ukusu, mo\u017eete koristiti pikantnu ili blagu. Potrebno je samo da je prethodno skuhate i iskidate na komadi\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Umak od raj\u010dica mo\u017eete raditi sami, mo\u017eete koristiti neki od gotovih, a mo\u017eete staviti i \u0161al\u0161u ili satara\u0161 ako ih imate unaprijed pripremljene. Ja je radim u svim ovim varijanta i uvijek mi bude jedanko ukusna.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci su za ve\u0107u deep dish pizzu. Vi mo\u017eete raditi i dvije manje. Mijesite ga najmanje 7-10 minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto stavite u nauljenu posudu te ostavite 1 h na toplom da se udvostru\u010di.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>NADJEV OD RAJ\u010cICA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Pelate stavite u lonac na srednje jaku vatru. Dodajte im \u010de\u0161njak i sve za\u010dine. Kuhajte 25-30 minuta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>PE\u010cENJE I SLAGANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 230 stupnjeva. Pripremite okruglu posudu za pe\u010denje dimenzija 35-40 cm.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto prebacite na pobra\u0161njenu radnu podlogu. Rukama ga razvaljajte (ra\u0161irite) u oblik kruga. To \u0107ete posti\u0107i tako da tijesto vrtite u krug \u0161ire\u0107i ga od sredine prema vani.<\/li>\n<li>Duboku posudu za pe\u010denje<span style=\"display: inline !important; float: none; background-color: #ffffff; color: #666666; cursor: text; font-family: 'Open Sans',Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 500; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;\"> nam<\/span>astite s maslinovim uljem. Postavite tijesto paze\u0107i da je dovoljno dignuto uz rub posude.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Tijesto zapecite 10 minuta. Posudu oprezno izvadite iz pe\u0107nice.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Na tijesto poslo\u017eite mozzarellu. Ja koristim ribanu i na fete, vi mo\u017eete po \u017eelji.<\/li>\n<li>Ako \u0107ete koristiti kobasice ili povr\u0107e tada ih poslo\u017eite preko mozzarelle.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Sve prelijte umakom od raj\u010dica i pospite ribanim parmezanom.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite 25 &#8211; 30 minuta, odnosno dok vam korica pizze ne poprim lijepu rumenu boju.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Deep dish pizza mi je jedna potpuno zasebna kategorija pizze.
