Potje\u010de iz Engleske gdje se krajem 19. i po\u010detkom 20. stolje\u0107a tradicionalno slu\u017eio uz popodnevni \u010daj. Rije\u010d curd nema prijevod u hrvatskom jeziku. Nije marmelada, nije ni puding, nego je svilenkasta krema citrusnog okusa. Meni jedna od dra\u017eih krema ikada!<\/p>\n<p>Lemon curd mo\u017eete namazati na kruh (obi\u010dni ili bilo koju vrstu slatkog), puniti muffine, kroasane, pite, pala\u010dinke itd.<\/p>\n<p>Osnova curda su jaja, \u0161e\u0107er, limun i maslac. Limun mo\u017eete zamijeniti bilo kojim citrusom i dobit \u0107ete jednako ukusnu kremu. Ja ga uvijek radim s limunima i naran\u010dama jer njih nabavljam doma\u0107e. Kada radim curd s naran\u010dama, smanjim koli\u010dinu \u0161e\u0107era u kremi jer su sla\u0111a vrsta citrusa od limuna.<\/p>\n<p>Za izradu curda bi vam toplo preporu\u010dila kori\u0161tenje doma\u0107ih, provjerenih citrusa. Naribana korica je va\u017ean dio recepta i daje posebnu aromu kremi. Ako nemate doma\u0107e citruse, tada vam savjetujem da koricu zamijenite limun \u0161e\u0107erom.<\/p>\n<p>Ovo je, sigurna sam, najbolji recept za curd koji \u0107ete ikada dobiti. Ja ga obo\u017eavam i slu\u017ei mi jako dobro, ve\u0107 jako dugo vremena. Pjanja\u010dom ih kratko izradite.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte sok i koricu limuna te kockice masalca.<\/li>\n<li>Na srednje jakoj vatri kuhajte curd dok ne postignete \u017eeljenu gusto\u0107u. To \u0107ete najbolje provjeriti ako malo curdqa stavite na \u017elicu. po sredini pre\u0111ite prstom, ako se curd ne pove\u017ee, ve\u0107 je crta i dalje vidljiva, dovoljno je gust.<\/li>\n<li>Curd prebacite u sterilizirane staklenke i ostavite nekoliko sati na sobnoj temperaturi kako bi se ohladio.<\/li>\n<li>Ohla\u0111eni curd dr\u017eite u hladnjaku i potro\u0161ite unutar 14 dana.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Ako vam jaja koaguliraju, odnosno stvore se grudice u smjesi, tada je dovoljno da kremu procijedite kroz sito.<\/li>\n<li>Koli\u010dinu soka i korice limuna mo\u017eete prilagoditi po \u017eelji. Ako \u017eelite laganiju varijantu curda, krenite s jednim limunom.<\/li>\n<li>Kada ribate koricu limuna, pazite da ne ribate i bijeli dio ispod same korice jer je gorak pa bi krema mogla poprimiti ne\u017eeljeni okus.<\/li>\n<li>Staklenke mo\u017eete sterilizirati uranjanjem u vrelu vodu na 15 minuta ili stavljanjem u pe\u0107nicu ugrijanu na 115 stupnjeva tako\u0111er 15 minuta. Pe\u0107nicu ugasite kada staklenke stavite u nju.
