Iako moram priznati da ja obo\u017eavam pe\u0107i (otuda i naziv bloga &#8211; bake me). No, ljeti mi ponekad bude te\u0161ko paliti pe\u0107nicu. Vjerujem da je tako i vama.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Uostalom, tart koji se ne pe\u010de je puno br\u017ee spreman za serviranje, a to je uvijek pozitivna stvar kod kola\u010da.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tart se sastoji od \u010dokoladne podloge. Mo\u017eete koristiti bilo koje \u010dokoladne kekse po \u017eelji (bez punjenja i preljeva). Ja sam koristila Breakfast Biscuits Choco od Koestlina (imate ih na slici ispod).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Izme\u0111u hrskave podloge i bogate \u010dokoladne kreme se nalazi predivan slani karamel. Tart mi zbog njega ima tu kremastu, slatku notu \u0161to ga \u010dini tako prepunim okusa. Ma jednostavno savr\u0161eno!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u010cokoladna krema je napravljena od ganache-a oboga\u0107enog maslacem i mileramom. Ovo je ujedno jedna od mojih najdra\u017eih \u010dokoladnih krema ikada. Koristim je skoro pa u svemu i nikad me ne iznevjeri.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I za kraj, sol. Poznato je koliko sol izo\u0161tri okuse i kako lijepo ljubi \u010dokoladu. Ako ne volite ovu kombinaciju, tada samo izostavite dekoriranje sa soli. Ako ste poput mene, pa vam je ova kombinacija neodoljiva, tada upotrijebite listi\u0107e ili cvijet soli. Ja koristim Maldon cvjetne pahuljice (ovo je ujedno i moja najdra\u017ea sol).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4158\" vode<\/li>\n<li>200 g \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<li>160 ml vrhnja za \u0161lag<\/li>\n<li>45 g maslaca sobne temperature<\/li>\n<li>1 \u017eli\u010dica arome vanilije<\/li>\n<li>1 \u017eli\u010dica soli<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>KREMA<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g \u010dokolade za kuhanje<\/li>\n<li>200 ml vrhnja za \u0161lag<\/li>\n<li>45 g \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<li>30 g maslaca<\/li>\n<li>85 g milerama ili kiselog vrhnja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>DODATNO<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0cvjetne pahuljice soli za dekoraciju, po \u017eelji<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>PRPREMA<\/h5>\n<p>PODLOGA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Kekse sameljite. Ja koristim sjeckalicu za hranu. Prebacite ih u posudu. Maslac rastopite pa ga jos toplog dodajte mljevenim keksima. \u0160patulom sve dobro pove\u017eite kako vam ne bi ostalo suhih djelova. Smjesa ce biti mrvi\u010dasta.<\/li>\n<li>Pripremite kalup za tart. Mo\u017eete koristiti jedan ve\u0107i (28-30 cm) ili nekoliko manjih kalupa za tart. Kalup namastite uljem u spreju ili tankim slojem omek\u0161alog maslaca.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu prebacite u kalup\/ kalupe pa je rukama utisnite tako da prekrijete dno i rubove.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SLANI KARAMEL<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U manji lonac na jaku vatru stavite vodu i \u0161e\u0107er. Povremeno promije\u0161ajte pjenja\u010dom kako bi se \u0161e\u0107er rastopio u vodi. Neka vam cijelo vrijeme vatra bude jaka.<\/li>\n<li>Sada pa\u017eljivo promatrajte boju \u0161e\u0107era. U odre\u0111enom trenutku \u0107e po\u010deti tamniti \u2013 ovo je klju\u010dni trenutak. \u0160e\u0107er treba potamniti kako bi okus bio intezivan i \u201cdubok\u201d, ali vam ne smije previ\u0161e potamniti jer \u0107e vam karamel biti gorak. Kada vam je \u0161e\u0107er potamnio, maknite ga s vatre.<\/li>\n<li>Odmah nakon \u0161to ste makli lonac, u laganom mlazu dodajte vrhnje za \u0161lag. Cijelo vrijeme mije\u0161ajte pjenja\u010dom. Vrhnje \u0107e u dodiru sa vru\u0107im \u0161e\u0107erom pjeniti \u2013 nemojte se zabrinuti, to je u redu.<\/li>\n<li>Sada postepeno dodajte maslac sobne temperature iskidan na kockice. Mije\u0161ajte cijelo vrijeme pjenja\u010dom.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte aromu vanilije i sol.<\/li>\n<li>Karamel ulijte na podlogu od keksa.<\/li>\n<li>Ostavite na sobnoj temepraturi da se karamel stisne.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>KREMA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u010cokoladu iskidajte na komadi\u0107e pa je stavite u posudu.<\/li>\n<li>U lonac stavite vrhnje za \u0161lag, \u0161e\u0107er i maslac. Kuhajte na srednje jakoj vatri dok vam se maslac ne rastopi, a vrhnje ugrije do vrenja. Skinite s vatre i ulijte u posudu s \u010dokoladom.<\/li>\n<li>Ostavite dvije minute da se \u010dokolada kreme topiti pa \u0161patulom mije\u0161ajte cijelo vrijeme dok ne dobijete kompaktnu \u010dokoladnu kremu. Biti \u0107e teku\u0107a.<\/li>\n<li>Ostavite 10-ak minuta da se malo prohladi pa umije\u0161ajte mileram ili kiselo vrhnje.<\/li>\n<li>Kada se karamel dovoljno stisnuo dodajte \u010dokoladu do ruba kalupa.<\/li>\n<li>Tart ohladite u hladnjaku prije poslu\u017eivanja. Ohla\u0111eni tart pospite cvjetnim pahuljicama soli, po \u017eelji.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n<pre>Koestlin i Maldon nisu sudjelovali u izradi ovog recepta.
