Glavni sastojak ovog jela je slanutak, iako netko koristi i bob. Flalafel me kupio na prvu. Kako i ne bi kad sadr\u017ei slanutak (zaljubljenik sam ove mahunarke). Jako se jednostavno priprema i jelo je gotovo za tren. Ako prethodno namo\u010dite slanutak, jasno.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Znate li da slanutak mo\u017eete jesti kao zamjenu za meso. Sadr\u017ei manje kalorija, a gotovo jednako proteina.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kod arapsih jela volim taj da\u0161ak za\u010dina, mirisa&#8230;\u00a0 Jedno od mjesta koje mi se nalazi na samom vrhu bucket liste je arapska tr\u017enica za\u010dina.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vi svoje falafele mo\u017eete prilagoditi va\u0161im \u017eeljama, pa recimo smanjiti mljeveni kim ili ga izostaviti, dodati origano umjesto korijandera, malo poja\u010dati per\u0161in itd.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111er, falafel mo\u017eete raditi i u obliku poga\u010dica. Ja ih radim okrugle. Savjetovala bih vam da koristite svje\u017ei slanutak,\u00a0a ne onaj iz konzerve. Usitnjeni slanutak prebacite u posudu.<\/li>\n<li>U sjeckalicu dodajte preostali slanutak, \u010de\u0161njak i sve za\u010dine ( per\u0161in, korijander, kim, chilli, sol i papar) te sve dobro usitnite. Prebacite u posudu s preostalim\u00a0slanutkom.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte bra\u0161no, prezlu i sezam. Izmje\u0161ajte smjesu dok ne postane kompaktna.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Oblikujte kuglice ili poga\u010dice. Ja oblikujem kuglice te\u017eine 20 grama.<\/li>\n<li>U lonac s debljim dnom ugrijte ulje za pr\u017eenje.\u00a0Oblikovane falafel kuglice pr\u017eite s obje strane dok ne porumene. Trebat \u0107e vam 1,5 &#8211; 2 minute za svaku stranu.<\/li>\n<li>Falafele poslu\u017eite tople. Ja sam svoje falafele\u00a0poslu\u017eila uz salatu i preljev od jogurta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Idealana temperatura ulja za pr\u017eenje je 170 stupnjeva. Ako nemate kuhinjski termometar tada u ugrijano ulje uronite drvenu dr\u0161ku. Ako vam se oko nje stvaraju ravnomjerni mjehuri\u0107i tada je ulje spremno.
