Brzo su gotovi, relativno su jako jednostavni za pripremu i mo\u017eete stavljat sve \u0161to vam srce po\u017eeli.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pod must have namirnicama su mi tijesto za tacose. Uvijek ga imam doma. Kad ne znam \u0161to bi kuhala i ne da mi se provesti nekoliko sati u kuhinji (da, ima i takvih dana), kad nam netko navrati u goste u zadnji tren, kad sam u velikoj \u017eurbi\u00a0ili kad ih se jednostavno za\u017eelimo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Varijacija na temu ima bezbroj i sve se u principu vodi time da udovoljite svojim \u017eeljama. Kod nas su jako razli\u010dite. Kiara je najve\u0107i fan tacosa s piletinom, Grgo jede sve \u0161ta i Kiara (doslovno), \u017deljko voli meksi\u010dke varijante s pikantnim umacima, grahom, kukuruzom itd. A ja, ja volim tacose u\u00a0kojima\u00a0prevladava osvje\u017eavaju\u0107a salata, neki morski plodovi ili bijelo meso, hladni umak i malo nekog twista u obliku chillija, citrusa i sl.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jedna od mojih najra\u017eih kombinacija je upravo ova. Pazite da svakako nadodate za\u010dine, oni nose veliki dio ovog jela. Tako\u0111er, nadodajte slobodno neki za\u010din koji volite ili smanjite koli\u010dinu chillija ako niste ljubitelj. \u017eli\u010dice kajenskog papra (mo\u017eete koristiti i crni mljeveni)<\/li>\n<li>1 \u017eli\u010dica mljevene maj\u010dine du\u0161ice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>UMAK<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g kiselog vrhnja<\/li>\n<li>3 \u017elice svje\u017ee sjeckanog korijandera<\/li>\n<li>1 \u017elica soka od limete (mo\u017eete koristiti i limun)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>DODATNO<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0tri ve\u0107a tacosa ili 12 malih tacosa<\/li>\n<li>maslac za premazivanje tacosa<\/li>\n<li>1 avokado<\/li>\n<li>\u00a01 raj\u010dica<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0pola ljute papri\u010dice (jalapeno, habanero, cola de rata i sl.)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0svje\u017ei kupus, nariban, jedna \u0161aka<\/li>\n<li>klice po izboru (ja sm koristila grah) &#8211; po \u017eelji<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0svje\u017ei korijander, nasjeckan, 3 \u017elice<\/li>\n<li>sol i papar<\/li>\n<li>sok pola limete (<span style=\"display: inline !important; float: none; background-color: #ffffff; color: #666666; cursor: text; font-family: 'Open Sans',Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 500; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;\">mo\u017eete koristiti i limun)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>PRIPREMA<\/h5>\n<h6>MARINADA I PRIPREMA KOZICA<\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Repove kozica o\u010distite i operite. U zasebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte maslinovo ulje, chili, \u010de\u0161njak, sol, kajenski papar i mljevenu maj\u010dinu du\u0161icu. Marinadi dodajte repove kozica koje ste prethodno posu\u0161ili.<\/li>\n<li>Dok se kozice mariniraju pripremite tacose. Okruglim kalupom za rezanje tijesta ili vrhom \u010da\u0161e izre\u017eite tacose. Meni od jednog velikog lista iza\u0111u 4 mala tacosa. Tacose stavite po strani. Neka vam se kozice mariniraju 15-ak minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Ugrijte tavu na jakoj vatri. Smanjite na srednje jaku i dodajte marinirane repove kozica. Nemojte ih cijediti ali pazite da ne dodate previ\u0161e ulja u tavu.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Kozice pr\u017eite dok ne budu gotove (dvije minute bi trebale biti dovoljne). Izvadite ih iz tave i ostavite po strani.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h6>PODLOGA OD SALATE<\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li>Avokado izdubite. To \u0107ete napraviti tako da avokado prvo zare\u017eete uzdu\u017eno (obje strane),\u00a0odvojite lijevu i desnu stranu i izvadite ko\u0161ticu. \u017dlicom izdubite sredinu avokada. Izdubljeni avokado izre\u017eite na sitne kockice.<\/li>\n<li>Raj\u010dicu operite i izre\u017eite na sitne kockice.<\/li>\n<li>Nare\u017eite ljutu papri\u010dicu i korijander. Naribajte kupus. Sve stavite u posudu. Posolite, popaprite i dodajte sok pola limete (ili limuna).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h6>UMAK OD VRHNJA I KORIJANDERA<\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte vrhnje, nasjeckan korijander i svje\u017ee cije\u0111eni sok limete ili limuna. Neka vam umak bude hladan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h6>TACOSI<\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li>Rastopite malo maslaca (oko 25 g). Maslacem prema\u017eite tacose.\u00a0Tacose mo\u017eete ugrijati na dva na\u010dina. PRVI: Premazane tacose stavite na ugrijanu suhu tavu. Pomo\u0107u kuhinjske pincete (mo\u017eete koristiti vilicu) tacose prvo zagrijte s obje strane pa ih presavinite u oblik sova U i ostavite na tavi pola minute (okrenite s jedne strane na drugu) kako bi se oblik slova U zadr\u017eao. DRUGI: Ugrijte pe\u0107nicu na 180 stupnjeva. Tacose prema\u017eite maslacem, zatim ih slo\u017eite na re\u0161etu tako da vrhove provu\u010dete kako bi visili, a sredina bude na re\u0161etki. Zapecite ih nekoliko minuta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h6>SLAGANJE<\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Tacos postavite na pladanj za poslu\u017eivanje. Stavite \u017elicu salate. Na salatu postavite par kozica i malo umaka od vrhnja i korijandera.
