Punite je bilo kojim vo\u0107em, od brusnica, borovnica, breskvi, jabuka, kupina, malina itd.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017eete raditi vi\u0161e manjih galetta ili jednu ve\u0107u. Tako\u0111er, mo\u017eete napraviti i ve\u0107u dozu tijesta i dio zamrzniti. Ja uvijek radim duplu dozu. Dodajte im maslac iskidan na komadi\u0107e. Maslac vam treba biti hladan. Prstima mrvite maslac i bra\u0161no dok ne dobijete strukturu nalik pjesku. Neka vam sav maslac bude izmrvljen.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi stucite jaje te mu dodajte aromu vanilije. Jaje sada dodajte mrvi\u010dastom tijestu.<\/li>\n<li>Rukama izradite tijesto. Na radnoj povr\u0161ini razvucite prozirnu foliju.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto podijelite u tri jednaka dijela (ako \u0107ete raditi tri manje galette) ili ga ostavite cijelog (ako \u0107ete raditi jednu galettu).<\/li>\n<li>Komad tijesta ili cijelo tijesto postavite na sredinu prozirne folije. Tijesto prekrijte s drugim komadom folije. Valjkom ga ravaljate na debljinu 2-3 milimetra pri \u010demu pazite samo da ga valjate u okrugli oblik. Neravni rubovi su po\u017eeljni.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto prebacite u hladnjak na sat vremena da se lijepo stisne.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h6>NADJEV<\/h6>\n<p>Dok se tijesto hladi u hladnjaku, pripremite nadjev.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Jagode operite i odstranite im peteljke. Izre\u017eite ih na manje komade.<\/li>\n<li>Jagode stavite u posudu te im dodajte sok od limuna (svje\u017ee cije\u0111en), gustin (\u0161krobno bra\u0161no) i \u0161e\u0107er. Sve dobro promje\u0161ajte i pustite da malo odstoji.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>OBLIKOVANE GALETTA I PE\u010cENJE<\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu upalite na 180 stupnjeva. Pripremite lim za pe\u010denje i papire za pe\u010denje (tri komada).<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto oprezno izvadite iz prozirne folije i prebacite ga na papir za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Na sredinu mu postavite nadjev od jagoda. Rubove presavinite prema unutra kako vam nadjev ne bi iscurio vani.<\/li>\n<li>Stucite jaje pa prema\u017eite rubove galette. Po \u017eelji rubove pospite listi\u0107ima badema.<\/li>\n<li>Galettu zajedno s papirom prebacite na lim za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Ako \u0107ete raditi tri manje galette za svaku koristite novi papir za pe\u010denje. Da bi vam sve galette stale na lim, papir skratite. Formirane galette nemojte prebacivati s papira kako vam se ne bi raspale.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite ih 25-30 minuta, odnosno dok vam tijesto ne poprimi lijepu rumenu boju, a vo\u0107e bude mekano.<\/li>\n<li>Galette malo ohladite pa ih poslu\u017eite s kuglicom sladoleda od vanilije ili po \u017eelji.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Volite li pite?
