Vjerujem da je toliko volim upravo zbog svega \u0161to ona je. Jednostvna je, lijepa, sastoji se od svega nekoliko sastojaka i puna je \u010dokolade. I taj divan kakao. Sve mi je po gu\u0161tu!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Torta se radi iz samo tri koraka. Prvo, na pari se otope \u010dokolada i maslac. Drugo, \u017eumanjci i \u0161e\u0107er se pjenasto izrade te im se doda kakao, otopljena \u010dokolada i maslac. Tre\u0107e, umije\u0161aju se bjelanjci. I gotovo!\u00a0 Torta je spremna za pe\u0107nicu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Savjetujem da vam korstite kvalitetan kakao kao i \u010dokoladu. Oni \u0107e utijecati na cijeli okus va\u0161e torte. Ja koristim \u010dokoladu s minimalno 60% kakaa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ako ne volite gorkasti okus kakaa i \u010dokoalde, tada malo pove\u010dajte koli\u010dinu \u0161e\u0107era u kola\u010du (na 260 grama) i nemojte pretjerati sa pospiom na torti. Meni je ovakvo idealna, nije previ\u0161e slatka, nije ni gorka, a sve se osjeti. Tako\u0111er, nemojte zaboraviti na sol. Ako niste znali, ona i \u010dokolada se jako vole. Pripremite kalup za tortu promjera 20 &#8211; 24 centimetra. Na dno mu postavite papir za pe\u010denje, a rubove mu namastite.<\/li>\n<li>\u010cokoladu i maslac iskidajte na manjek komadi\u0107e. Stavite ih u zdjelu otpornu na toplinu, ja koristim staklene zdjelice. U lonac sa debljim dnom ulijte vodu, dovoljno je da ulijete do 1\/3 lonca. Kada stavite zdjelu sa \u010dokoladom i maslacem na lonac, bitno je da vam zdjela samostalno stoji i ne upada u lonac te da je voda ne dodiruje. Lonac s vodom stavite na jaku vatru dok vam voda ne zakuha, smanjite vatru na srednje jaku i postavte zdjelu sa \u010dokoladom i maslacem. Povremeno mije\u0161ajte dok se sve ne rastopi i ne sjedini u kompaktnu smjesu. Maknite sa strane i ostavite da se malo prohladi.<\/li>\n<li>Odvojite \u017eumanjke i bjelanjke. Bjelanjke stucite u snijeg (neka vam ne bude pre\u010dvrst, treba nam mekaniji snijeg &#8211; soft peak). \u017dumanjcima dodajte \u0161e\u0107er pa ih mikserom izradite pjenasto dok ne posvjetle i uduplaju svoj volumen. Miksajte ih oko 7 minuta.<\/li>\n<li>\u017dumanjcima dodajte kakao u prahu i sol pa kratko izmiksajte.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesi \u017eumanjaka sada dodajte rastopljenu \u010dokoladu i maslac koje ste malo prohladili. Miksajte laganom brzinom dok se sve ne pove\u017ee.<\/li>\n<li>Preostaje nam samo da umije\u0161amo bjelanjke. ovo rdimo \u0161patulom. Bjelanjke \u0107emo umije\u0161ati iz 3 dijela. Prvu tre\u0107inu umije\u0161ajte brzo, ona \u0107e nam pomo\u0107i da smjesa postane mekanija.<\/li>\n<li>Drugu tre\u0107inu bjelanjaka umije\u0161ajte lagano i nje\u017eno rade\u0107i kru\u017ene pokrete od dna posude prema van. Kru\u017eite u istom smjeru i budite nje\u017eni. Ovaj korak je bitan kako ne bi izbacili zrak iz bjelanjaka (oni su zadu\u017eeni da nam torta bude lijepo visoka). Zadnji dio (tre\u0107u tre\u0107inu) umije\u0161ajte jednako kao i drugu ( nje\u017enim kru\u017enim pokretima).<\/li>\n<li>Tortu izlijte u kalup. Pecite je 40- 45 minuta. Pazite da je ne prepe\u010dete. Kada zabodete \u010da\u010dkalicu u sredinu mali dio u sredini vam mo\u017ee ostati vla\u017ean, dok vam rubovi i dno trebaju biti suhi. Torta \u0107e vam u pe\u010denju narasti ali \u0107e kasnije pasti, to je u redu. Jednako tako, povr\u0161ina \u0107e joj malo popucati pa \u0107ete dobiti oblik prave rustikalne torte.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u010denu tortu ostavite u kalupu 10-ak minuta pa je potom prebacite na re\u0161etku za hla\u0111enje.
