Pe\u010de se u kalupu od kruha zbog \u010dega se i naziva <em>lemon loaf cake\u00a0<\/em>ili kola\u010d u obliku \u0161truce. Ovaj kola\u010d je jednostavan za pripremu i divno ide uz popodnevna dru\u017eenja, kavu ili \u010daj.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kod kola\u010da od limuna mi je najva\u017enije da je so\u010dan i da se lijepo osjeti limun. Za samu so\u010dnost biskvita je bitno da se prid\u017eavate mjera u receptu, da vam maslac bude sobne temperature i da kola\u010d ne prepe\u010dete.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ujedno, dio s namakanjem nemojte presko\u010diti. Kola\u010d mo\u017eete namakati u soku od limuna za intezivniji okus, mo\u017eete soku od limuna dodati malo vode (kao ja) i tako namakati, a mo\u017eete i naparaviti sirup od vode i \u0161e\u0107era (pod tips &amp; tricks je opis).<\/p>\n<p>Kola\u010d se preljeva glazurom od \u0161e\u0107era, mlijeka i limuna. Meni je s njom najukusniji. Ba\u0161 se zaokru\u017ee okusi. Vi, naravno, mo\u017eete i ne morate koristiti glazuru (uvjeravam vas da je s njom preukusan). Postavite papir za pe\u010denje kako bi lak\u0161e izvadili kola\u010d. Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 180 stupnjeva.<\/li>\n<li>U posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i sol. Ostavite po strani.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi maslac sobne temperature pjenasto izradite sa \u0161e\u0107erom. Dodajte jaje po jaje mikaju\u0107i mikserom izme\u0111u svakog dodavanja.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte aromu vanilije i koricu limuna. Ponovo sve izmiksajte.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte polovicu bra\u0161na, mlijeko i sok od limuna. \u0160patulom ili mikserom na laganoj brzini sve sjedinite.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte preostalo bra\u0161no i pomje\u0161ajte dok ne dobijete kompaktnu smjesu.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu stavite u kalup, po potrebi poravnajte povr\u0161inu kola\u010da.<\/li>\n<li>Kola\u010d pecite 40-ak minuta, odnosno dok vam \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Kola\u010d ostavite u kalupu 10-ak minuta pa ga prebacite na re\u0161etku za hla\u0111enje.<\/li>\n<li>Prema\u017eite ga nekoliko puta sa svje\u017ee cje\u0111enim sokom od limuna pomje\u0161anim s 2 \u017elice vode. Koristite se s kuhinjskim kistom.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h6>GLAZURA<\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li>Kada se kola\u010d ohladi pripremite glazuru.<\/li>\n<li>Pomje\u0161ajte \u0161e\u0107er u prahu s mlijekom i sokom limuna. Mije\u0161ajte dok ne dobijete kompaktnu smjesu. Ako vam glazura i dalje djeluje pregusta dodajte malo soka od limuna, ako vam djeluje rijetka dodajte malo \u0161e\u0107era u prahu.<\/li>\n<li>Glazuru odmah prelijte preko kola\u010da.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Kako napraviti sirup od vode i \u0161e\u0107era? U lonac s debljim dnom uspite 200 g \u0161e\u0107era i 240 ml vode. Pustite da zakuha pa smanjite vatru i ostavite jo\u0161 5 minuta kako bi se sav \u0161e\u0107er rastopio. U sirup dodajte sok jednog limuna. Teku\u0107inom prema\u017eite kola\u010d nekoliko puta.
