Kao i ve\u0107ina jela od tijesta, potje\u010du iz Italije. Nastali su jos u 17. stolje\u0107u, a smatra se da ih je izumio talijanski pekar Antonio Brunero iz Turina.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Grissine je u principu iznimno jednostavno napraviti. Mogu se raditi od bilo kojeg tijesta za kruh. Ja ih radim od tijesta koje \u010desto koristim i za pizzu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Grissine mo\u017eete formirati na nekoliko na\u010dina, Mo\u017eete ih ru\u010dno razvu\u010di u uske \u0161tpai\u0107e, mo\u017eete razvaljati tijesto pa ga rezati reza\u010dem\u00a0za pizzu ili no\u017eem. Razvu\u010dene grissine mo\u017eete zarolati i pe\u010di ih kao zarolane \u0161tapi\u0107e ili ih ostaviti ravnima.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Grissine tako\u0111er mo\u017eete posuti sjemenkama, krupnom soli ili u tijesto nadodati masline ili za\u010dine po \u017eelji. Uistinu, mo\u017eete ih raditi na mnogo na\u010dina.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Moji omiljeni su oni s crnim maslina. Osim njih, radila sam i klasi\u010dne, posute s malo sjemenki. Na vama je da odaberete one koji su vam najdra\u017ei ili da ih, kao ja, radite razli\u010dite.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eite ih uz umake, sireve, nareske ili same. Mogu biti dio predjela ili snack. Dodajte mu kvasac i sol. Dodajte vodu i maslinovo ulje. Kuha\u010dom se pomije\u0161ajte dok ne dobijete povezanu smjesu. Ovo mo\u017eete napraviti i mikserom s nastavkom za tijesto.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto prebacite na pobra\u0161njenu radnu podlogu pa ga mijesite 8-10 minuta, odnosno dok vam ne postane sjajno i glatko. Jednako ga dugo mijesite i elektri\u010dnim mikserom. Ako \u0107ete raditi grissine s maslinama, tada ih dodajte formiranim tijestu i kratko ga premijesite.<\/li>\n<li>Sada tijesto prebacite u posudu pa je prekrijte prozirnom folijom i ostavite sat vremena da se udvostru\u010di. Ovo mo\u017eete napraviti i s polovicom tijesta, a polovicu ostaviti bez maslina.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 200 stupnjeva. Pripremite lim za pe\u010denje na koji ste postavili papir za pe\u010denje. Pobra\u0161nite radnu podlogu pa tijesto razvaljate na debljinu 2-3 milimetara. Prema\u017eite ga maslinovim uljem i po \u017eelji pospite sjemenkama.<\/li>\n<li>Sada re\u017eite uske \u0161tapi\u0107e reza\u010dem za pizzu ili no\u017eem. Moji su \u0161iroki do 5 milimetara. Svaki \u0161tapi\u0107 prebacite na pripremljeni lim.<\/li>\n<li>\u0160tapi\u0107e mo\u017eete izdu\u017eiti tako da im lagano povu\u010dete rubove kako bi bili dovoljno dugi, mo\u017eete ih zarolati i takve postaviti na lim za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Grissine pecite 14-17 minuta, odnosno dok ne poprime lijepu rumenu boju.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Grissini ili breadsticks (\u0161tapi\u0107i od kruha) jedni su od omiljenijih snackova na svijetu.
