Kod nas se spremaju \u010desto za vrijeme prolje\u0107a. Ako ste ih imali priliku i sami ubrati, onda je to potpuno novi do\u017eivljaj.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u0160paroge se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e pripremaju kao fritaja s jajima, ri\u017eoto ili salata od \u0161paroga. I koliko god volim sve navedeno, za\u017eelim se ne\u010deg novog.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ako i vas mu\u010di isto ili samo volite \u0161paroge, ovaj tart \u0107e vas odu\u0161eviti. Jako se brzo i\u00a0 jednostavno priprema. Sve \u0161to trebate je poslo\u017eiti sastojke na tijesto i sve zape\u010di u pe\u0107nici.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017eete ga raditi s bilo kojim tijestom koje volite. Mo\u017eete napraviti svoje ili kupiti gotovo poput lisnatog tijesta i sl. Mo\u017eete kombinirati i druge namirnice, poput gljiva, slanine, \u0161al\u0161e i sl.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ovako pripremljen tart mo\u017eete servirati kao glavno jelo, kao snack ili za \u0160PAROGAMA I RICOTTA SIROM<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h5>SASTOJCI<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g tijesta po izboru (prhko slano, lisnato, tijesto za pizzu)<\/li>\n<li>50 ml maslinovog ulja<\/li>\n<li>2 \u017elice senfa<\/li>\n<li>2 \u017elice suhog medvje\u0111eg luka, po izboru<\/li>\n<li>250 g ricotta sira<\/li>\n<li>70 g grana padana ili drugog tvrdog sira po izboru<\/li>\n<li>100 g \u0161paroga<\/li>\n<li>nekoliko feta pr\u0161uta<\/li>\n<li>dva tvrdo kuhana jaja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>PRIPREMA<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrite na 200 stupnjeva. Na lim za pe\u010denje postavite papir za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto razvaljajte na pribli\u017eno 3 milimetra. Postavite ga na pripremljeni lim.<\/li>\n<li>Rubove tijesta presavinite prema unutra, a ostatak probodite vilicom.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto prema\u017eite s malo maslinovog ulja, a dio ostavite za kasnije.<\/li>\n<li>Sada na tijesto stavite dvije \u017elice senfa te prema\u017eite sve osim rubova.<\/li>\n<li>Po tijestu pospite medvje\u0111i luk pa rasporedite ricotta sir.<\/li>\n<li>Naribajte grana padano ili drugi tvrdi sir po izboru.<\/li>\n<li>\u0160paroge operite i posu\u0161ite. Prstima odlomte dno \u0161paroge. \u0160paroga ima mjesto pucanja izme\u0111u \u010dvrste stabljike i mekanog donjeg dijela. Dovoljno je da je primite prstima i nakrivite, ona \u0107e sama puknuti na tom mjestu.<\/li>\n<li>Ako koristite divlje \u0161paroge prethodno ih blan\u0161iraje nekoliko minuta u kipu\u0107oj vodi. Ako koristite uzgojene ovo ne morate raditi.<\/li>\n<li>\u0160paroge poslo\u017eite po tijestu.<\/li>\n<li>Tart pecite 20-25 minuta, odnosno dok vam tijesto ne poprimi lijepu rumenu boju.<\/li>\n<li>Na ispe\u010deni tart postavite nekoliko feta pr\u0161uta, polovice kuhanih jaja pa sve pokapajte maslinovim uljem.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kako skuhati savr\u0161eno tvdo jaje? Jaje stavite u lonac, ulijte vodu, neka prekrije jaje i pustite da zakuha. Potom ugasite vatru, pokrijte lonac i pustite 10-12 minuta. Pripemite manju posudu s hladnom vodom. Nakon 10-12 minuta izvadite jaje iz vrele vode u loncu i prebacite ga u hladnu vodu (ovako \u0107e se zaustaviti proces kuhanja).
