Osim toga, obo\u017eavam ih!<\/p>\n<p>\u010cesto ih mo\u017eete na\u0107i pakirane u nekom od du\u0107ana, iako mi nisu ni upola ukusni kao kad ih sama napravim. Za njihovu prpremu vam treba lisnato tijesto, \u0161e\u0107er i 15 minuta. I to je to!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Palmiers mo\u017eete raditi i s nekim od dodataka poput cimeta ili mjevenih oraha. Mo\u017eete pustiti ma\u0161ti na volju i dodati za\u010din po \u017eelji ili kombinirati razli\u010dite. Tada je potrebno da osim \u0161e\u0107era gornju stranu pospete s onim \u0161to ste odabrali. Sve ostalo je identi\u010dno. Ispod opisa pripreme sam vam stavila i slike.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ovi maleni slatki zalogaji su moja omiljena food comfort poslastica. Lim za pe\u010denje oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje. Ako koristite zamrznuto lisnato tijesto, odmrznite ga.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto razvaljajte do pola pa radnu podlogu pospite \u0161e\u0107erom. Tijesto potom stavite na podlogu sa \u0161e\u0107erom tako da ga pokrije.Pospite i gornju stranu (neka bude lijep sloj \u0161e\u0107era).<\/li>\n<li>Sada valjkom razvaljajte tijesto na debljinu 3 mm. Ovako \u0107e se \u0161e\u0107er utisniti u tijesto (ja koristim tijesto od 250 g i razvaljam ga na 25x 35 cm). Zna\u0107i, dva puta razvaljam tijesto (ukupno koristim 500 g).<\/li>\n<li>Ako koristite gotove listove tada valjkom samo lagano pro\u0111ite preko tijesta kako bi se \u0161e\u0107er primio, a tijesto ne bi previ\u0161e stanjilo. I u ovom slu\u010daju vam \u0161e\u0107er treba biti ispod i povi\u0161e tijesta.<\/li>\n<li>Preklopite rubove tijesta s lijeve i desne strane (oko 4 centimetra). Ponovite preklapanje sve dok se strane ne spoje. Sada prebacite lijevu stranu na desnu kako bi dobili oblik valjka. Idealno je da strane preklopite dva puta prije nego se dodirnu, ali neka vas ovo ne brine, preklopite koliko god puta je potrebno.<\/li>\n<li>Kidajte komade tijesta debljine prsta. Polegnute ih poslo\u017eite na lim za pe\u010denje. Napravite razmak izme\u0111u svakog palmiersa jer \u0107e u pe\u010denju narasti.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite ih 7-10 minuta, odnosno dok ne poprime lagano rumenu boju.
