Toliko kratko ih se mo\u017ee na\u0107i da ih se za\u017eelim svaki put iznova. Volite li kola\u010de s jagodama? S njima mi nekako ide ne\u0161to prozra\u010dno i lagano, pomalo pjenasto. Lagani biskviti ili beze kore.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Za ovo prolje\u0107e imam nekoliko recepeta s jagodama koje \u017eelim podijeliti s vama. Prvi od njih je ova jednostavna torta. Volim je jer je gotova za tren, lako se napravi i uglavnom sve namirnice ve\u0107 imam doma. \u010cesto je napravim kad se po\u017eelimo ne\u010deg slatkog ili kad mi dolaze gosti u zadnji tren.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Idealna je za zasladiti vikend, za obiteljski ru\u010dak nedjeljama, za kavu s prijateljima ili samo za vas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ova jednostavna torta ima divan biskvit od vanilije. Jako je mekan i prozra\u010dan. Slobodno ga koristite kao biskvit za torte, u kombinaciji s drugim vo\u0107em ili kako god volite.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ujedno, osim torte mo\u017eete raditi kola\u010d. Pripremite kalup za tortu promjera 24 centimetra. Na dno mu postavite papir za pe\u010denje, a rubove mu namastite.<\/li>\n<li>Jagode operite, odstranite im peteljke te ih prepolovite. Ostavite ih po strani.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no i pra\u0161ak za pecivo.<\/li>\n<li>Maslac i \u0161e\u0107er mikserom pjenasto izradite dok ne postanu svijetli i pjenasti, oko 3 minute na najja\u010doj brzini.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte im jaje, mlijeko i aromu vanilije. Srednje jakom brzinom na mikseru sve pove\u017eite (nemojte premiksati).<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte bra\u0161no te ga \u0161patulom umije\u0161ajte u smjesu.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu izlijte u pripremljeni kalup.<\/li>\n<li>Utisnite polovice jagoda po cijeloj povr\u0161ini.<\/li>\n<li>Tortu pecite 25-30 minuta, odnosno dok vam povr\u0161ina ne poprim lijepu rumenu boju. Provjerite \u010da\u010dkalicom je li biskvit suh (zabodite je u sredinu biskvita, ako iza\u0111e suha va\u0161a torta je gotova).<\/li>\n<li>Tortu ostavite u kalupu dok se ne ohladi, potom je prebacite na pladanj za poslu\u017eivanje.<\/li>\n<li>Pospite je \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.<\/li>\n<li>Posu\u017eite je uz tu\u010deno vrhnje, svje\u017ee jagode ili po \u017eelji.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prolje\u0107e posebno volim zbog jagoda.
