Obo\u017eavam ih vidjeti u vitrini u staklenoj kutiji za kekse. Ovi keksi\u0107i su mi za sve: za \u010daj, kavu, mlijeko, smoothie, puding ili uz neku finu kremu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ako niste znali, graham je integralno bra\u0161no koje se dobiva usitnjavanjem cijelog zrna p\u0161enice, bez prosijavanja. Zbog toga je ovo bra\u0161no tamnije boje. Ujedno, bogato je vitaminima, mineralima i vlaknima. Keksi\u0107i ra\u0111eni od graham bra\u0161na imaju bogatiji okus te ostaju du\u017ee svje\u017ei.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Graham krekeri su mi ujedno i najbolja podloga za cheescake. Samo ih usitnim u sjeckalici i dodam im malo otopljenog maslaca. I to je to. Mo\u017eete ih kombinirati s kremom od sira, \u010dokolade ili s \u010dim god po\u017eelite.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ja ih radim u obliku kvadrata i re\u017eem ih reza\u010dem. Dodajte im jaje i miksajte dok se sve ne pove\u017ee.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesi maslaca, \u0161e\u0107era i jaja sada dodajte suhe sastojke. Miksajte dok vam smjesa ne postane kompaktna.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto \u0107ete najbolje razvaljati izme\u0111u dva papira za pe\u010denje. Na radnu podlogu postavit papir za pe\u010denje i pobra\u0161nite ga.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto za krekere stavite na sredinu papira. Preko tijesta postavite drugi papir za pe\u010denje. Valjkom razvaljajte tijesto na debljinu 3-4 milimetra.<\/li>\n<li>Razvaljano tijesto zajedno s papirima za pe\u010denje prebacite na lim i stavte u hladnjak na pola sata kako bi se stislo.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto potom iskidajte reza\u010dem ili no\u017eem na kvadrate veli\u010dine 6 x 6 centimetara. Svaki kvadrad probodite vlicom na nekoliko mjesta.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto zajedno s papirom za pe\u010denje prebacite u zamrziva\u010d na pola sata.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 180 stupnjeva. Pripremite lim za pe\u010denje na koji postavite papir za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto izvadite iz zamrziva\u010da pa oblikovane keksi\u0107e poslo\u017eite na lim ostavljaju\u0107i razmak izme\u0111u svakoga.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite ih 13 &#8211; 17 minuta, odnosno dok ne poprime blago rumenu boju.
