Osim \u0161to su jako lijepi, mo\u017eete ih i jako brzo napraviti. Ja ih volim pe\u010di vikendima, za popodnevne kave ili \u010daj. Jedan\u00a0 od omiljenih biskvita za torte znam ispe\u010di sam, u kalupu za kuglof i samo ga pospem \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kuglofi se \u010desto rade za blagdane i sve\u010danije prigode \u0161to ne \u010dudi s obzirom da cijeli stol izgleda puno bogatije s njima.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kako nam se bli\u017ei Uskrs, odlu\u010dila sam napraviti kuglof umjesto torte. Jako je so\u010dan i pun okusa. Biskvit mu je od mrkve i grubo sjeckanih oraha. Ja volim da su svi orasi grubo sjeckani. Vi ih mo\u017eete usitniti ili samo dio samljeti, a dio ostaviti s krupnijim komadima.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Uz ovakvu kombinaciju savr\u0161eno ide krema od sira. S njom sam prekrila vrh kuglofa i sve prelila sa slanim karamelom. Divan kontrast okusa mi je u ovoj kombinaciji. Vi kuglof mo\u017eete raditi bez kreme i slanog karamela te ga samo posuti \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ovaj kuglof mo\u017eete raditi i u obliku torte. Tada samo koristite tri kalupa promjera 20 centimetara ili dva kalupa promjera 24 centimetra. Pripremite kuglof promjera 24- 28 centimetara. Kuglof prema\u017eite maslacem i pospite bra\u0161nom kako vam se biskvit ne bi zalijepio.<\/li>\n<li>Mrkve ogulite pa ih naribajte na ribe\u017e s ve\u0107im rupama. Trebate dobiti 340 grama naribane mrkve. Orahe grubo nasjeckajte. Ja ih stavim u sjeckalicu i propulsiram nekoliko puta.<\/li>\n<li>Maslac i \u0161e\u0107er mikserom pjenasto izradite. Dodaje jaje po jaje miksaju\u0107i izme\u0111u svakog dodavanja. Sve dobro sjedinite.<\/li>\n<li>Sada smjesi dodajte aromu vanilije, mlijeko, jogurt i naribanu mrkvu. \u0160patlom promije\u0161ajte sve sastojke.<\/li>\n<li>Bra\u0161nu nadodajte pra\u0161ak za pecivo, sodu bikarbonu, sol, cimet, \u0111umbir i mu\u0161katni ora\u0161\u010di\u0107. Promije\u0161ajte.<\/li>\n<li>Promije\u0161ano bra\u0161no dodajte smjesi maslaca, \u0161e\u0107era i jaja. \u0160patulom umije\u0161ajte sve sastojke.<\/li>\n<li>Na kraju dodajte krupno sjeckane orahe.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu prebacite u kalup. Gornji sloj poravnajte \u0161patulom pa stavite pe\u0107i 40 &#8211; 45 minuta, odnosno dok \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu kuglofa ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Kuglof ohladite pa ga izvadite iz kalupa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>KREMA<\/h3>\n<h5>SASTOJCI<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>300 g sirnog namaza po \u017eelji<\/li>\n<li>150 g maslaca sobne temperature<\/li>\n<li>70 g \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<\/li>\n<li>1 \u017eli\u010dica arome vanilije<\/li>\n<li>prstohvat soli<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>PRIPREMA<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Masalc sobne temperature i \u0161e\u0107er pjenasto izradite. Dodajte im sirni namaz, pstohvat soli i aromu vanilije. Mikserom sve pove\u017eite.<\/li>\n<li>Kremu odmah koristite ili je spremite u hladnjak.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>SLAGANJE<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Na kuglof postavite sloj kreme. Mo\u017eete ga cijelog prekriti ili samo vrh.
