Vrijeme je za uskrsnu poga\u010du, pincu ili sirnicu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kada sam bila mala poga\u010de je uvijek radila moja baka. Radila bi ih za cijelu obitelj, a sva djeca bi se okupila oko nje i pomagala joj. Uz poga\u010de smo radili i pletenice u koje bi umetnuli obojana jaja. To su mi ostali jedni od najdra\u017eih trenutaka provedenih s bakom.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sada, kada imam svoju djecu, \u017eelim im prenijeti dio te tradicije. Poga\u010du svi jako volimo, a ja sam \u017eeljela sam na\u0161i Uskrsi miri\u0161u na tople doma\u0107e poga\u010de.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Na\u017ealost, bakin recept se zagubio i nisam ga uspjela prona\u0107i, a nikad ga nisam zapisala. Mo\u017eda je tako i trebalo biti. Naime, moja svekrva ima recept za najbolje i njukusnije doma\u0107e uskrsne poga\u010de. Vjerujte mi!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prije nego krenemo s receptom htjela bih naglasiti da je aroma (korica naran\u010de i limuna) jako bitna za okus same poga\u010de pa ih svakako \u00a0koristite u receptu. Ujedno, svinjsku mast i ulje iz recepta mo\u017eete zamijeniti maslacem, iako su poga\u010de s masti daleko najukusnije.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Poga\u010da se radi od dizanog tijesta bogatog jajima i masno\u0107om, \u0161to ga \u010dini te\u0161kim. Kako bi tijesto moglo lijepo rasti bitno je da ga dr\u017eite na toplom mjestu i da mu date vremena. Promije\u0161ajte sve sastojke pa pokrijte posudu i ostavite je na toplom 10-ak minuta kako bi vam kvasac narastao. \u0160e\u0107er, bra\u0161no i mlijeko ste dodali od ukupne koli\u010dine za poga\u010de.<\/li>\n<li>Jaja i \u017eumanjke miksajte sa \u0161e\u0107erom i vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom dok vam ne postanu pjenasti.Trebaju se udvostru\u010diti i biti svijetle boje. Sada im dodajte naribane korice naran\u010de i limuna, sok jedne naran\u010de, ulje, svinjsku mast i rum.<\/li>\n<li>Ako koristite kuhinjski robot zamjenite nastavak s onim za izradu tijesta. Ovo mo\u017eete raditi i mikserom sa spiralnim nastavcima. Ako \u0107ete tijesto umijesiti ru\u010dno, tada vam je potrebna samo kuha\u010da.<\/li>\n<li>Sada smjesi jaja i \u0161e\u0107era dodajte uzdigli kvasac. Bra\u0161no dodajite postepeno, cijelo vrijeme miksajte smjesu ili je mije\u0161ajte kuha\u010dom.<\/li>\n<li>Nemojte upotrijebiti svo bra\u0161no, dio \u0107e vam trebati kada budete premijesili poga\u010du. Ostavite oko 150 grama sa strane.<\/li>\n<li>Polako nadodajte preostalo mlijeko i izradite tijesto nastavkom za tijesto ili kuha\u010dom. Ako \u0107ete raditi kuha\u010dom tada tijesto &#8220;lupajte&#8221; sve dok vam ne postane povezano i po\u010dne se odvajati od stijenki posude. Tijesto \u0107e i dalje biti ljepljivo, to je u redu.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto prebacite u nauljenu posudu, vrh posude prekrije prozirom folijom pa prekrijte \u010distom kuhinjskom krpom.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto vam se treba udvostru\u010diti. Za ovo mu je potrebno najmanje dva sata. Tijesto vam treba biti u toploj prostoriji kako bi postigli \u0161to bolju fermetaciju. Ako vam tijesto nakon dva sata nije dovoljno naraslo dajte mu jo\u0161 malo vremena. Pustite ga sat, dva i dodatno ga utoplite.<\/li>\n<li>Kada se tijesto udvostru\u010dilo, prebacite ga na pobra\u0161njenu radnu podlogu te ga premijesite. Otkidajte 4 jednaka komada. Od svakog komada oblikujte poga\u010de.<\/li>\n<li>Po dvije poga\u010de prebacite na lim za pe\u010denje na koji ste postavili papir za pe\u010denje. Napravite razmak izme\u0111u poga\u010da ostavljaju\u0107i im mjesto za rast.<\/li>\n<li>Oblikovane poga\u010de prekrijte kuhinjskom krpom te ih ponovo pustite da se udvostru\u010de. Za ovo \u0107e vam trebati oko dva sata. Pazite da vam i dalje budu na toplom mjestu.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu upalite na 180 stupnjeva.<\/li>\n<li>Poga\u010de prema\u017eite razmu\u010denim jajom,\u00a0 zare\u017eite \u0161karama u oblik X i pospite krupnim \u0161e\u0107erom (po \u017eelji).<\/li>\n<li>Poga\u010de pecite 10 minuta na 180 stupnjeva, potom smanjite pe\u0107nicu na 160 stupnjeva i poga\u010de prekrijte papirom za pe\u010denje. Pecite ih jo\u0161 20-25 minuta, ovisno o veli\u010dini poga\u010da i ja\u010dini va\u0161e pe\u0107nice. Poga\u010de su gotove kada vam \u010da\u010dkalica koju ste zaboli u njih iza\u0111e suha.
