Nije ni \u010dudo ako uzmete u obzir da je ovo jedan od najbr\u017eih obroka, a da sadr\u017ei niz hranjivih sastojaka. Mo\u017eete ju kombinirati s \u010dim god \u017eelite, od jogurta, mlijeka, pudinga, sokova i sl.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Granola je doma\u0107a, zdravija verzija muslija. I ono \u0161to mi se najvi\u0161e svi\u0111a je to da je mo\u017eete &#8220;slagati&#8221; po va\u0161im \u017eeljama. Za granolu je po\u017eeljno da sadr\u017ei \u017eitarice (zobene pahuljice&#8230;), sjemenke (suncokret, lan&#8230;), ora\u0161aste plodove (lje\u0161njaci, bademi, pinjoli&#8230;) i zasla\u0111iva\u010d (med, agavin sirup&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ovo bi bila osnova za sve granole koje \u0107ete raditi. Na vama je da nadodate i druge sastojke, recimo suho vo\u0107e ili komadi\u0107e \u010dokolade, mo\u017eete joj nadodati kokosovo ulje, integralnu ri\u017eu i sl. Pripremite lim za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Bademe kratko blan\u0161irajte u kipu\u0107oj vodi. Dovoljno je da ih prelijete kipu\u0107om vodom i ostavite 2 minute. Nakon toga ih procijedite i ostavite po strani.<\/li>\n<li>Med ugrijte kako bi vam bio teku\u0107i. Iz \u0161tapi\u0107a vanilije izvadite sjemenke te ih dodajte medu.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnu posudu pomije\u0161ajte sve ostale sastojke osim brusnica i goji bobica, zna\u0107i zobene pahuljice, poppies od ri\u017ee, zobene posije, blan\u0161irane bademe, suncokretove sjemenke, lan i prstohvat soli.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte teku\u0107i med i sve dobro promije\u0161ajte pa prebacite na lim za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Granolu pecite 20-25 minuta, odnosno dok vam ne poprimi lijepu rumenu boju. Promije\u0161ajte je jednom za vrijeme pe\u010denja, najbolje nakon 10-ak minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u010denu granolu promije\u0161ajte kako bi sprije\u010dili nastajanje krupnih komada.<\/li>\n<li>Ohla\u0111enoj granoli dodajte suhu brnusnicu i goji bobice. Po potrebi razlomite krupnije komade rukom.<\/li>\n<li>Granolu spremite u zatvorenu posudu i potro\u0161ite unutar 6 mjeseci.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ri\u017eine poppies-e (pahuljice) mo\u017eete kupiti u bilo kojoj ve\u0107oj trgovini ili drogeriji. Ja koristim one od Ekozone.<\/li>\n<li>Med mo\u017eete zamijeniti agavinim ili javorovim sirupom.<\/li>\n<li>Savjetujem vam da koristite sjemenke vanilije. Granola ima divan miris uz njih. Umjesto njih mo\u017eete staviti vre\u010dicu vanilin \u0161e\u0107era ili \u017eli\u010dicu arome vanlije.<\/li>\n<li>Bademe mo\u017eete prepoloviti ako \u017eelite granolu s manjim komadima ora\u0161astih plodova.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u010denu granolu promije\u0161ajte kako vam se ne bi zaljepila za lim za pe\u010denje i kako bi izbjegli stvaranje sljepljenih komada granole.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Granola je ve\u0107 neko vrijeme na listi omiljenih doru\u010daka diljem svijeta.
