Jako je so\u010dna i dugo ostaje svje\u017ea. Osim toga, sadr\u017ei i moje omiljene namirnice, bademe i ricotta sir. Njih bi mogla jesti svaki dan, a da mi nikada ne dosade. Uz sve to, ova torta je i jako, jako jednostavna.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>U njoj nema nimalo bra\u0161na, ni pra\u0161ka za pecivo. Prozra\u010dnost joj daju stu\u010deni bjelanjci koji se nje\u017eno umije\u0161aju u smjesu. I to je sva mudrost!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ovu tortu sam prvo radila bez dodatka korice od limuna. I iako mo\u017ee i takva, ba\u0161 mi je nekako tra\u017eila citrus. Sada mi je okus zaokru\u017een, a da ni\u0161ta ne dominira previ\u0161e.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Moram jo\u0161 napomenuti da pripazite na veli\u010dinu jaja. U receptu koristim jaja L veli\u010dine, odnosno jaja koja te\u017ee oko 60 grama. Vi mo\u017eete koristiti bilo koja jaja koja imate, ali uzmite u obzir da vam treba oko 360 grama jaja. Ako koristite manja jaja (S ili M), dobit \u0107ete oko 300 &#8211; 330 grama, tada \u0107e trebati nadodati jo\u0161 jedno manje jaje.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ovo vam posebno nagla\u0161avam iz razloga \u0161to u torti nema teku\u0107ih sastojaka, pa je koli\u010dina jaja bitna kako vam se torta ne bi mrvila nakon \u0161to je ispe\u010dete, odnosno kako bi vam biskvit bio so\u010dan i kompaktan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111er, nije na odmet vagati jaja (jednako kako i va\u017eete sve ostale namirnice). Ovako \u0107ete dobiti uvijek istu strukturu kola\u010da s istim okusom.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prije pe\u010denja kola\u010d pospite listi\u0107ima badema i takav ispecite. Meni je najdra\u017ei kada je posut samo \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu. Pripremite kalup za tortu promjera 24 &#8211; 28 centimetara. U kalup postavite papir za pe\u010denje. Mo\u017eete ga postaviti na samo dno pa rubove kalupa dodatno namastiti ili unutar\u00a0cijelog kalupa za malo rustikalniji izgled.<\/li>\n<li>Odvojite \u017eumanjke i bjelanjke.<\/li>\n<li>Maslac sobne temperature, \u0161e\u0107er i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er pjenasto izradite mikserom. Kada je maslac postao pjenast dodajte naribanu koricu limuna.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesi sada dodajite \u017eumanjak po \u017eumanjak miksaju\u0107i izme\u0111u svakog dodavanja.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte mljevene bademe i ricotta sir pa sve pove\u017eite mikseom koji ste uklju\u010dili na laganu brzinu.<\/li>\n<li>Stucite snijeg od bjelanjaka.<\/li>\n<li>Bjelanjke \u0107emo umije\u0161ati iz tri puta.<\/li>\n<li>Odvojite 1\/3 stu\u010denih bjelanjaka pa ih \u017eustro umije\u0161ajte \u0161patulom u smjesu maslaca, jaja i badema.<\/li>\n<li>Drugu tre\u0107inu umije\u0161ajte lagano \u0161patulom tako da radite kru\u017ene pokrete po\u010dev\u0161i od dna posude prema vrhu. Kada ste umije\u0161ali i drugu tre\u0107inu dodajte preostale bjelanjke te ih na jednak na\u010din polako umije\u0161ajte.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu prebacite u pripremljeni kalup. Vrh torte pospite listi\u0107ima badema.<\/li>\n<li>Tortu pecite 45 &#8211; 50 minuta, odnosno dok vam \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu torte ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Tortu ohladite pa je pospite \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ovu tortu volim iz vi\u0161e razloga.
