I pa\u0161ta. Mnogo pa\u0161te u svim mogu\u0107im oblicima. Ako niste znali, obo\u017eavam talijansku kuhinju i ono \u0161to ona predstavlja.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Obitelj za velikim kamenim stolom ispod masline, djeca tr\u010de oko kuhinjskog stola punog bra\u0161na dok \u017eene izra\u0111uju tjesteninu i najfinije umake na svijetu. Tako ja vidim Italiju.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Znate li da su lazanje prvobitno potekle iz Napulja, ali se taj recept razlikuje od uobi\u010dajenog na\u010dina pripreme. Naime, napuljske lazanje se sastoje od mesnih okruglica, mesnog ragu umaka, a umjesto be\u0161amela imaju ricotta sir i tvrdo kuhana jaja.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Meni je be\u0161amel ono \u0161to lazanje \u010dini tako so\u010dnima. Uvijek ga sama radim i nikad ne koristim kupovne varijante. Ujedno, najukusnije su mi lazanje ra\u0111ene s june\u0107im mljevenim mesom, no vi mo\u017eete koristiti bilo koje po va\u0161oj \u017eelji.\u00a0 Recept za <span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\"><a style=\"color: #ffcc00;\" href=\"http:\/\/bakeme.com.hr\/domaci-besamel-umak\/\">be\u0161amel<\/a><\/span> imam na blogu od prije, ali sam vam napisala i u pripremi ni\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ja lazanje ne podlijevam pelatama ve\u0107 ih nadodam mesu kod izrade bolognese-a. Ovako mi je najfinije.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u0160to se ti\u010de izbora sira, tu mo\u017eete pustiti ma\u0161ti na volju i koristiti bilo koju vrstu koju vam srce po\u017eeli. Ricotta, mozzarella, parmegiano reggiano, gauda i sl.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kore za lazanje su mi najbolje doma\u0107e, one koje napravim neposredno prije slaganja lazanja. Danas postoji niz dobrih brendova koji u svojoj ponudi imaju kupovne lazanje.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lazanje uvijek sla\u017eite na 4 kata, odnosno na tri nadjevena i \u010detvrti sloj tjestenine kao zavr\u0161ni, kako bi dobili savr\u0161eni balans tjestenine, mesa, be\u0161amela i sira.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Omjeri u receptu su dosatatni posudi promjera 30 glavice \u017eutog luka<\/li>\n<li>500 ml pelate po izboru<\/li>\n<li>sol, papar<\/li>\n<li>mljevena paprika i timijan- po \u017eelji<\/li>\n<li>svje\u017ee sjeckani per\u0161in<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ZA BE\u0160AMEL<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g maslaca<\/li>\n<li>100 g glatkog bra\u0161na<\/li>\n<li>1,2 l mlijeka<\/li>\n<li>sol<\/li>\n<li>papar<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 \u017eli\u010dice mu\u0161katnog ora\u0161\u010di\u0107a<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>DODATNO<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>kore za lazanje<\/li>\n<li>200 g sira, ja koristim cheddar (bijeli ili crveni)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5>PRIPREMA<\/h5>\n<p>BOLOGNESE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Luk o\u010distite i iskidajte na sitne komadi\u0107e. U \u0161iri lonac na malo ulja prodinstajte luk dok ne postane staklast. Oko 5- 6 minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte mljeveno meso pa poja\u010dajte vatru na srednje jaku.<\/li>\n<li>Meso mije\u0161ajte 10-ak minuta. Kada je svo meso poprimilo rumenu boju, a voda iz mesa isparila, dodajte za\u010dine. Ja koristim sol, papar, crvenu papriku i timijan.<\/li>\n<li>Sada mesu dodajte 0,5 litre pasirane pasate, promje\u0161ajte i pustite da se kuha 40-ak minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Po potrebi dodajte jo\u0161 malo za\u010dina i svje\u017ee sjeckani per\u0161in.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>BE\u0160AMEL<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ugrijte mlijeko i stavite ga po strani.<\/li>\n<li>Na srednje jakoj vatri rastopite maslac. Dodajte mu odmah bra\u0161no pa mije\u0161ajte dvije &#8211; tri minute dok vam bra\u0161no lagano ne porumeni.<\/li>\n<li>Postepeno dolijevajte mlijeko mije\u0161aju\u0107i izme\u0111u svakog dodavanja kako bi se smjesa povezala. Kada ste dodali svo mlijeko za\u010dinite sa soli, paprom i mu\u0161katnim ora\u0161\u010di\u0107em.<\/li>\n<li>Ako primjetite grudice tada be\u0161amel samo procijedite kroz cjedilo.<\/li>\n<li>Ako \u017eelite gu\u0161\u0107i be\u0161amel, dodajte manje mlijeka (1 litra- 1,1 litra) ili ako \u017eelite rije\u0111i be\u0161amel tada dodaje vi\u0161e mlijeka (1,3 litre)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>SLAGANJE I PE\u010cENJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu upalite na 180 stupnjeva.<\/li>\n<li>Na dno posude stavite \u017elicu be\u0161amela pa ga ravnomjerno rasporedite.<\/li>\n<li>Postavite kore za lazanje tako da prekriju dno posude.<\/li>\n<li>Na kore za lazanje stavite sloj bolognese-a (dovoljno da meso pokrije kore), pa podlijte s be\u0161amelom i naribajte sir po povr\u0161ini.<\/li>\n<li>Ponovite postupak jo\u0161 dva puta, zna\u010di &#8211; kore, bolognese, be\u0161amel, sir, pa kore, bolognese, be\u0161amel, sir.<\/li>\n<li>Sada postavite zadnje kore, prekrijte ih be\u0161amelom i naribanim sirom.<\/li>\n<li>Lazanje pecite 35-40 minuta, odnosno dok vam se sir na povr\u0161ini lijepo ne zape\u010de.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>U bolonegse mo\u017eete nadodati i dvije naribane mrkve. Nadodajte ih par minuta prije nego dodate mljeveno meso.<\/li>\n<li>Cheddar mo\u017eete zamijeniti bilo kojim topivim sirom. Mo\u017eete kombinirati i vi\u0161e vrsta sira poput mozzarelle ili parmegiano- reggiano i sl.<\/li>\n<li>Umjesto junetine mo\u017eete koristiti bilo koje mjeveno meso (mje\u0161ano, pure\u0107e i sl.)<\/li>\n<li>Lazanje mo\u017eete raditi s namirnicama po \u017eelji poput povr\u0107a, gljiva, vi\u0161e vrsta sira i sl.<\/li>\n<li>Lazanje mo\u017eete i zmrznuti te ih zape\u0107i po potrebi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jedna od prvih asocijacija na Italiju su mi lazanje.
