One su moje omiljeno vo\u0107e. I divno se sla\u017eu s \u010dokoladom, pogotovo u ovakvoj varijanti kada se po\u0161iraju pa umetnu u divan pjenasti biskvit. I to u komadu. Ovo mi je ujedno i jedan od ljep\u0161ih kola\u010da. Ba\u0161 mi je po mjeri, pomalo rustikalan i iznimno fotogeni\u010dan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u0107 ga neko vrijeme poku\u0161avam staviti na blog. Prvi put nisam bila zadovoljna njegovim izgledom \u0161to je u principu odli\u010dno jer sam shvatila na koji korak moram paziti kod izrade kola\u010da, kasnije u tekstu vam objasnim. Drugi put sam ga odlu\u010dila napraviti nave\u010der kako bi ga mogla slikati rano\u00a0 ujutro dok sam u miru, ali su mi navratili roditelji i kola\u010d nije do\u010dekao to jutro.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Znate kako ka\u017eu: &#8220;Tre\u0107a sre\u0107a najve\u010da! &#8221; E, pa evo nas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Za kola\u010d \u0107e vam trebati tri ili \u010detiri kru\u0161ke, ovisno u kojem kalupu ga radite.<\/p>\n<p>Ako \u0107ete koristiti manje kalupe poput mene, one za tortu promjera 10 cm tada \u0107e vam biti dovoljne 3 kru\u0161ke, ako \u0107ete koristiti kalup za kruh (uski i dugi) ili klup za torte promjera 22-24 centimetara trebat \u0107e vam 4 kru\u0161ke.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u0160to se ti\u010de sorte kru\u0161ke savjetujem vam da uzmete bilo koju srednje krupnu kru\u0161ku (Pr\u00e9coce de Trevoux -Trevu\u0161ka, Beurr\u00e9 Hardy-Hardijeva maslovka- Clapps favorite- Klapov ljubimac itd.) kako bi vam kola\u010d \u0161to ljep\u0161e izgledao. Jednom sam radila s visokom kru\u0161kom (sorta Abbot) i jako su str\u0161ale van biskvita.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kod izbora\u00a0kru\u0161ki je tako\u0111er va\u017eno da ne izaberete one koje su\u00a0pretvrde kako bi se lak\u0161e po\u0161irale i kasnije bile lijepo mekane.\u00a0Ujedno, dio s po\u0161iranjem mo\u017eete i presko\u010diti, tada samo pripazite da vam kru\u0161ke doista budu mekanije.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Meni su najdra\u017ee po\u0161irane u sirupu od Earl Gray \u010daja s dodatkom anisa. Uz okus \u010dokoladnog biskvita\u00a0mi se idealno nadopunjuju. Ovo naravno ovisi o va\u0161em ukusu, slobodno ga prilagodite pa nadodajte za\u010din po \u017eelji. Nakon po\u0161iranja je bitno dobro posu\u0161iti vi\u0161ak vode iz kru\u0161ki kako ne bi dodatno navla\u017eile biskvit te time naru\u0161ile izgled i okus cijelog kola\u010da (ovo sam prvi put zezla i stvarno nije bilo lijepo).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kola\u010d mo\u017eete dodatno preliti \u010dokoladnom glazurom, ukrasiti tu\u010denim vrhnjem ili samo posuti \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.<\/p>\n<p>Kada ga budete kidali, dobit \u0107ete savr\u0161en kontrast boja i tekstura, jedno pravo malo umjetni\u010dko djelo na tanjuru.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" komada zvjezdastog anisa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ZA BISKVIT<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>220 g maslaca sobne temperature<\/li>\n<li>150 g \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<li>1 \u017eli\u010dica arome vanilije<\/li>\n<li>4 jaja L veli\u010dine<\/li>\n<li>50 g \u010dokolade za kuhanje<\/li>\n<li>250 g glatkog p\u0161eni\u010dnog bra\u0161na<\/li>\n<li>1 puna \u017eli\u010dica pra\u0161ka za pecivo<\/li>\n<li>prstohvat soli<\/li>\n<li>30 kakaa u prahu<\/li>\n<li>120 ml mlijeka<\/li>\n<li>dvije \u017elice gr\u010dkog jogurta (ili kiselog vrhnja)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>PRIPREMA<\/h5>\n<p>PO\u0160IRANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U lonac srednje veli\u010dine stavite 2 litre vode i\u00a0200 g \u0161e\u0107era. Kada voda\u00a0zakuha dodajte vre\u010dice \u010daja i anis. Promije\u0161ajte kako bi se sav \u0161e\u0107er otopio.<\/li>\n<li>Kru\u0161ke ogulite od kore, ostavite im peteljke. Smanjite vatru pa ih stavite u lonac s kipu\u0107om vodom. Po\u0161irajte ih 15-20 minuta, odnosno dok ne omek\u0161aju. Pripazite da su vam cijele uronjene u vodu.<\/li>\n<li>Po\u0161irane kru\u0161ke izvadite na papirnate ubruse i pustite da se posu\u0161e.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>BISKVIT<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu upalite na 180 stupnjeva. Pripremite kalup po izboru. Tri kalupa od 10 centimetara ili dva od 18 centimetatra ili jedan od 24 centimetra ili kalup za kruh (uski- dugi).\u00a0Kalup namastite, na dno postavite papir za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>\u010cokoladu otopite na pari.<\/li>\n<li>Maslac i \u0161e\u0107er pjenasto izradite. Dodajte im aromu vanilije i jaje po jaje mikasaju\u0107i izme\u0111u svakog dodavanja.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte rastopljenu \u010dokoladu.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi pomje\u0161ajte sve suhe sastojke (bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo, sol i kakao).<\/li>\n<li>Mlijeko i jogurt pomije\u0161ajte.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesi maslaca, \u0161e\u0107era i jaja dodajte polovicu suhih sastojaka (bra\u0161no, kakao), lagano promije\u0161ajte pa dodajte mlijeko i jogurt.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte preostalo bra\u0161no i lagano sjedinite smjesu (nemojte previ\u0161e ni prejako miksati).<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu ulijte u kalup\/ kalupe pa umetnite po\u0161irane kru\u0161ke paze\u0107i da ste ih postavili na sredinu i da su uspravne.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite 25 minuta ako koristite vi\u0161e manjih kalupa, odnosno 35-40 minuta ako koristite jedan kalup. Vodite se time da je biskvit pe\u010den kada \u010da\u010dkalica koju ste zaboli u biskvit iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u010deni kola\u010d ostavite u kalupu 10 minuta pa ga premjestite na re\u0161etku dok se potpuno ne ohladi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Volite li kru\u0161ke?
