Njihova glazura u bojama i \u0161arene mrvice ih \u010dine tako neodoljivima, a o pahuljastoj teksturi da i ne govorim. Djeluje pomalo zahtjevno, zar ne? Iznenadit \u0107ete se kad vidite koliko su jednostavne za izradu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Krafne sam oduvijek voljela, a \u010dini mi se da sam tu ljubav prenijela i na djecu. Nije mi preostao drugo nego da ih i sama napravim.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Za ove krafne vam treba svega nekoliko minuta da izradite smjesu i 15 minuta da se ispeku. I to je to! Sve radite u jednoj posudi i pomo\u0107u miksera.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Za ovaj recept \u0107e vam trebati kalup za donuts krafne, ja sam svoj naru\u010dila preko interneta, imam silikonski. Ako se odlu\u010diti nabaviti jedan, uistinu ih ima na raznim mjestima. Ja sam svoj platila 30-ak kn preko Amazona.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ako bi radije probali klasi\u010dniju varijantu krafni koje se pr\u017ee, recept potra\u017eite<span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\"> <a style=\"color: #ffcc00;\" href=\"http:\/\/bakeme.com.hr\/krafne\/\">ovdje<\/a><\/span>. Od njih tako\u0111er mo\u017eete izraditi donut krafne tako da nakon \u0161to izre\u017eete krug, napravite samo rupu u sredini (ako nemate kalup poslu\u017eite se \u010da\u0161om za vanjski oblik i \u010depom od boce za unutarnji krug). Ostatak izrade i pr\u017eenje je identi\u010dan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Glazuru u bojama za donuts krafne je jako jednostavno napraviti. Trebat ce vam \u0161e\u0107er u prahu, malo mlijeka i jestiva boja (mo\u017eete koristiti u prahu, gelu ili teku\u0107u). Sve vrste mrvica su dobrodo\u0161le tako\u0111er.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Glazura mo\u017ee biti napravljena od \u010dokolade (mlije\u010dna, bijela) ili kapljica u boji s okusom bijele \u010dokolade namjenjenih za glazure. Ja sam dio donuts-a ukrasila rozim i zelenim Candy Melts kapljicama brenda Birkmann (kupujem ih u Muller-u). Dovoljno je da \u010dokoladu ili kapljice rastopite na pari ili u mikrovalnoj i va\u0161a glazura je spremna za ukra\u0161avanje. Po potrebi mo\u017eete dodati i nekoliko kapi ulja kako vam glazura ne bi bila pregusta.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2612\" g \u010dokolade ili kapljica po \u017eelji<\/li>\n<li>jestive mrvice za dekoraciju<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>POSIP OD \u0160E\u0106ERA I CIMETA<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<li>2 \u017elice mljevenog cimeta<\/li>\n<li>1 vre\u010dica vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>PRIPREMA<\/h5>\n<p>DONUTS<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 180 stupnjeva. Kalupe za donutse namastite.<\/li>\n<li>Jaja i \u0161e\u0107er mikserom pjenasto izradite. Dodajte im aromu vanilije. Maslac rastopite na vatri pa ga dodajte smjesi jaja. Sjedinite mikserom.<\/li>\n<li>Bra\u0161no, prasak za pecivo i sol pomije\u0161ajte. Pola koli\u010dine dodajte smjesi jaja pa ih mikserom na najmanjoj brzini samo pove\u017eite.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte jogurt i mlijeko. Ponovo mikserom sve pomije\u0161aje dok se ne sjedini.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte preostalo bra\u0161no i sjedinite.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu za donutse izlijte u vre\u010dicu za ukra\u0161avanje ili kuhinjsku vre\u010dicu za zamrzavanje kojoj ste odrezali jedan vrh.<\/li>\n<li>Pomo\u0107u vre\u010dice napunite kalupe tako da napunite 3\/4 svakog kalupa.<\/li>\n<li>Donutse pecite 15 minuta ili dok vam \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u jedan donuts ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Gotove donutse ostavite u kalupu nekoliko minuta pa ih prebacite na re\u0161etku da se ohlade do kraja. Ako \u0107ete ih posuti \u0161e\u0107erom tada to napravite jo\u0161 dok su topli.<\/li>\n<li>Glazuru radite kada su se donutsi ohladili.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>GLAZURA OD \u0160E\u0106ERA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U zdjelu stavite \u0161e\u0107er u prahu, mlijeko i aromu vanilije. Mije\u0161ajte dok vam smjesa ne postane kompaktna i sav se \u0161e\u0107er na umije\u0161a. Po potrebi dodajte jo\u0161 malo mlijeka, ali nemojte pretjerivati kako vam smjesa ne bi bila prerijetka. Na kraju dodajte nekoliko kapi jestive boje po \u017eelji i promije\u0161ajte. Glazuraje spremna za upotrebu. Najbolje da je odmah iskoristite.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>GLAZURA OD \u010cOKOLADE ILI KAPLJICA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Postavite manji lonac napunjen do pola na vatru. Pustite da voda zavrije pa smanjite vatru.<\/li>\n<li>U staklenu zdjelu stavite \u010dokoladu iskidanu na kockice ili kapljice. Pazite da vam zdjela u\u0111e samo dijelom u lonac i da njeno dno ne dodiruje vodu. Bitno je da se \u010dokolada otopi na pari. \u0160patulom promije\u0161ajte \u010dokoladu\/ kapljice sve dok se cijela ne rastopi. Potom je maknite s pare.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>POSIP OD \u0160E\u0106ERA I CIMETA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U kuhinjsku vre\u0107icu stavite \u0161e\u0107er, cimet i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er. Toplu donut krafnu stavite u vre\u010dicu i lagano je protresite. Izvadite donut i vratite ga na re\u0161etku da se ohladi do kraja. Ponovite s preostalim donut krafnama.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>UKRA\u0160AVANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Donut primite rukom, jednu stranu uronite u glazuru, polako podignite donut, okrenite i vratite na re\u0161etku.
